Errrrrrrr, A God Tyrant is one with wings. At least I think it is, it's what I meant. I probably missed it from points though, which makes it 210 odd, though I should check my codex.
EDIT: I got it out and added it up, comes to 178 points.

First off, if I go first you must wether 4 strength 9 large blast templates, can they do that?
And assuming that they can my reputal would have to be as many deff koptas as I can get, let's play some high speed tag, but with rockits flying evry which way (that's how good ork shooting is)

Uhh, 2 templates, I turbo-boost into min. range... fail... As for the deffkoptas, you can probably get 3/4, and since I go faster than them, I win... 3+ to hit 2+ to wound 3+/4++/ might be close but, I think the seer-less council wins.../ not to mention that you will probably scatter with those templates...
