Reset finalized. He is no longer permitted to completely quarantine memories without Benny's approval or generate falsehoods. His limit is memory enhancement and mental reinforcement.
In addition, his conciousness is reset to the way it was when he was first put in Benny's mind. It is the only way to be sure.
