Getting back into 40k after a long break. Decided I wanted to make some crimson fists that look like maybe they've gone off the deep end with the whole "hating orks" thing.

Here's Bob, the heavy weapons guy in Tac squad #1.

He collects hands.

Don't make it weird.

Edit: Not sure why the pics are embedded upside down, but if you click on them they render upright!

Did a small conversion today. Pretty proud of how he turned out.
As I was not pleased with my old Spacemarine Captain, I did a new one with some spare upgrades I had floating around in my Bitzbox ^^
Its just some Kitbashing, but I think its simple and effective

More of a wee joke than a particularly great conversion but it still makes me laugh. I call this one "Tea break"

Thanks, I've been wanting to do this conversion ever since the Phoenix model came out, but had to wait till I got a good deal on both the Heldrake and Phoenix to make it worth it.

Done a pile of conversions over the years. Here's my favorites:

Ogre bodies and horse heads (add horns to taste and green stuff the necks) and you get some minotaurs that don't have cartoonishly large heads.

My Lord of Change for WHFB. Ushabti + Giant Eagle and parts of an Empire Cannon. Lots of green stuff blue flames.

Herald with 'banner', if by banner you meant portable chaos gate. Tau Ethereals look suitably mutant in WHFB.

Some plastic Pathfinders from when they were all metal. Only the rail rifles are from Pathfinders, the rest are Fire Warrior and drone bits.

Its hard to be awesome, when your playing with little plastic men.

If you think your important, in the great scheme of things. Do the water test.

Put your hands in a bucket of warm water,
then pull them out fast. The size of the hole shows how important you are.
I think we should roll some dice, to see if we should roll some dice, To decide if all this dice rolling is good for the game.

The conversion I'm most pleased with is my Inquisitor I made out of the Genestealer Cult Primus. This is probably because it's so far removed from the original miniature and that it's the first conversion I ordered specific components for.

I guess I will have to post this, as it took me the longest to convert! (though its old now!) Added a ton of of wolfy stuff, and 3D modeled most of the other parts. Really tried to think about how a wolfy knight would look if GW ever actually designed one, and I went from there!

Moved the orb. remodeling the head, back of head and hair is green stuff. Wanted the hair to be like thors, ended up more like he-man.
Still working on that.
