I'd have to go with my newly build Chaos Lord and some converted DV bikers. Still need to paint them tho. They're all part of a Khorne Deamonkin army that I am starting up, check it out here for more pictures and models

The bikers all have chopped up head trophies on the back as well.

This is not my best, because it's my first conversion attempt so far. It's a WIP and the camera is bad.
This is a Honor Guard made from bits that left from the kits I have. The clock is made from paper and I am about to change the base with a 32 resin one and add a sanguinius wing.
I am doing this because, the only Honor Guard I can buy is the Ultramarine box and I do not roll ultramarines.

Here are some of my best conversions:
the Scout Vet. Sergeant of my fifth Crimson Fist's Scout Squad:

He and his Squad are specialized in Ork hunting (therefore the teeth), armed with a macuahuitl styled Power Maul

Brother Wrath, the last Dreadnought of the Invaders Chapter:

I built him a "bore fist" instead of that ugly chain fist. Also he's equipped with two heavy flamethrowers.

I have done a lot of kit bashes and conversions but my favorites are still my first 2.

My take on a Tyranid Exocrine.

Here ( http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/639224.page ) is the original thread with the unpainted images. The paint job is currently being changed to a new color scheme. I have gotten a lot better at painting since then. I will post the new one when I get it done.

As a side honorable mention, my Malanthrope. It's not so much a new take on a model as it is making a malanthrope from plastic parts. Only reason I don't see it as being as good of a conversion as the others.
