Anti-Armour Swiss Guard

My first successful go at sculpting.
Hands are tricky. The pointing hand took me 2 days to do overall (waiting for GS to partially harden so I could work on it). The gun hand is a GS press mould.
McMurrough, mercenary dog-warrior for infinity, converted from a Devil Dog (different werewolf model) because the official one wears a kilt, and dogs in skirts are ridiculous.
So I gave him red/black tartan trousers instead.

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.
That is not dead which can eternal lie ...
... and yet, with strange aeons, even death may die.

I've started work on my Goliath gang and so far I'm liking the way things are coming along.
First up, my Juve. I made this from a Khone Bloodbound (Shadespire), a Stub pistol, and a Space Marine knife.
Next is my Leader. A simpler conversion with only the saw (counts as a Renderizer) coming from the Ork Nobz kit.
Both these poses were shamelessly stolen from other people who posted on Facebook.

really happy with how my recent Adeptus Custodes conversions turned out. They're nothing complicated - basically just head and arm swaps, but i think the end results are great:
Allarus Terminators with lightning claws:
love the stoic guy on the right, compared to the 'come at me bro' guy in the middle.
Trajann Valoris conversion:
the eagle is only tacked on at the moment, and lion head/paw aren't glued on to the shoulder pad yet - not sure if thy are going to stay...

I am really happy with the way this quick conversion turned out... I just turned a Corvus Blackstar into a slightly more robust looking Valkyrie by removing all the Inquisitor symbols and changing a few weapons:

nice!
I, er, got a bit more 'creative' with my one...
Needs a bit of greenstuffing/gap filling, and yeah, I know the doors would probably not be able to open(!), but I think it looks pretty cool

Just a few recent ones...not much converting, more kit-bashing with some minor removals via X-acto, etc.
Malavyn Saal (counts-as Fabius Bile)
Chaos Obliterators out of Aggressors (changed backpacks, shoulder pads, added loin armour, heads, replaced weapons, etc. )
Custom Plague Marines (clipped some boots, using MkIII, some Maxmini bits, some heavy bolters converted into blight launchers, etc.)

Well done all.
It appears that I forgot to post the plague marines I modified.
Starting from the Dark Imperium box set plague-ies, I wanted to change a few details, clean up some of the moulding / casting shortcomings, and add some unique touches.
Individual photos for a closer look.

Only if she was floating stationary! My intention is that she's ascending upward/forward in the middle of battlefield, a beacon to her sisters - thus it's blowing down and back as she moves. The direction GW modelled her scrolls/parchments and robes suggests a forward motion as well, with wind blowing those pieces backward.
