After the recent Wayland games thread Im thinking of picking up some kits from Element games.
My experience with Wayland has always been good, slow but good, however they might be going through a VERY slow spot so would you recommend Element in terms of speed, customer services and reliability?

Usually, yes but I have been waiting on a TIE Defender from them since 8th December with no comms and no info given as to expected date of dispatch. Bit pee'd off with that but other than that they are usually pretty good.

I've never had a bad experience with them. Very quick delivery if the item is in stock, never had any issues with their stock meter thing, great customer service - quick to respond to queries and stuff. Ymmv as with anything but I would reccommend them.

X Wing notwithstanding, as they're notoriously bad for all retailers (except Amazon, in my experience!) they are absolutely brilliant. Stock levels are usually clear and it's same day dispatch if you order before 3pm!

Ordered a couple of times from them (most notably, pre-order for the new Infinity N3 book). No complaints at all, good prices and a speedy delivery.

I have had pretty much everything through them for the last 2 years and never had a problem, if the item has been in stock it has always been with me either next day or within 48 hours. (but that's UK)
The stock due dates are usually accurate too, but you can always e-mail them to find out further information, they're an extremely helpful bunch. I rarely shop anywhere else unless it's "company exclusive products"

Have ordered a dozen or so times from Element over the last year, and been to their B&M shop several times, no problems whatsoever. Where items have been delayed (X-Wing, again), changing or cancelling orders has always been efficiently handled. Recommended.

I think the delay with Xwing is a pretty consistent thing with that game in particular.

Yes, I've been using Amazon price for the Falcon as a barometer of when stocks might fully become available again. Peaked just prior to Christmas at £270, now back down to £40ish with shipping, seems like they are nearly back on top of demand

Another vote in favour, been using them for the last year or so and the only issue that's ever come up(a couple of the Vallejo Game Air paints I had ordered were colours they were shorted on from the distributor) was fixed as fast as they could and at their expense. Top folks.

Even though I don't buy much these days, Element are my go-to store.
I've bought GW stuff from them, and they've been quick enough with delivery.
Use them, as they're the only place online I buy from now.

I was thrilled with this store, even when ordering all the way in the US. I ordered just after the holidays, they dispatched the next day, and the best part is they display their stock online so I could make sure they had what I wanted. Got some Titan Forge models from them that probably would have taken weeks to dispatch from the manufacturer! And they arrived in I believe less than 2 weeks. Overall, it was one of my best miniature-related buying experiences like, ever
So, admittedly from a small sample size, I would highly recommend them!

6 working days from order to front door plus a free sweet. Cant say much fairer than that.
However the did charge shipping on a 150 euro order which I was a bit miffed about.

No communication from them after a pre order took far to long to dispatch, would recommend firestorm games or dark sphere over element games.
