A friend of mine is after a very particular miniature sculpt, wondering if anything will spring to the minds of the fine denizens of Dakka!
The miniature must be:
- 28mm scale (+/-) female
- In equipment and with weapons appropriate to the Vikings i.e. Dark-age era (so no Medievil, Renaissance-period, or high-fantasy etc.)
- Not bothered about true-scale or realistic proportion (within reason).
- If possible, slightly asian (Chinese/Northern Asia) facial sculpt - this is a secondary concern as I realise it's a bit particular!
Basically, it's for use with a Viking warband, the idea is for a single 'Helga' who is fighting with a raiding party.
I don't mind who the manufacturer is, or material used, as long as it is fit for task. It doesn't have to be too banal in terms of historical accuracy, generally some chainmail or leather/material armour type (rather than plate) would be fine.
Very grateful if anyone can think of a suitable miniature. Begin challenge!

Many thanks for the replies guys!
I think at the moment probably the Hasslefree Hanna and Reaper Monique look the best (this one)
The Libby one might be amusing, the guy who its for wants a mini that looks a bit like his girlfriend and that miniature is rather buxom!

Oh yeah, I forgot about RBG! They have the best Viking-esque miniatures, in my opinion. This figure might suit your needs:

That one looks perfect - I don't suppose you have a link to the place on their website where you found it Heartserenade?
What a fantastic range of miniatures though, can't believe that I hadn't seen them before!

Their Viking-esque range is fantastic. You can even put them in historicals if you don't mind a bit of historical innacuracy.

Yeah, RBG do some fantastic minis! The trouble is getting them in the UK; last time I looked at getting some of his elves for LotR, postage was more than the cost of the minis.
If you find a UK stockist or just a cheaper way of shipping them, please let me know!
