Questions like:
How much can they bench press?
A full Dreadnought sarcophagus, with an occupant inside.
How fast can they run?
Faster than a speeding plasma bolt.
How far could they throw something?
If it's a heretic they're throwing, I'd say to the nearest sun.
How much damage can they take before dying or becoming incapacitated?
As much as the writer who's portraying them, thinks appropriate.
Can terminators really backflip?
Maybe in Tartaros.
And can Boreale really deflect bullets with his bawldness?
Of course.

Hey, a little while back I was researching the entire biology of Space Marines before I did any writing concerning them. I found this one page that might answer all your questions and more.
https://www.reddit.com/r/40kLore/comments/3vnwwq/indepth_guide_to_the_capabilities_of_the_forces/
I don't know how to work URL's on this site but that's the link. Thanks again for helping me with Eldar, so I feel inclined to return the favor.

Well in the Space Marine game, Titus pushes a shell for the orbital defense gun (looks to be a Macro Cannon) on its runners by his lonesome. As to size and scale of the shell, it looked about the size of what a Rhino should be in order to carry 10 Astartes.

While there are many examples of a Marine's physical power I can't think of anything specific to their feet.
...
(Cricket chirps)
(tumble weed blows by)

OK then, as far as damage Ian Watson's novel Space Marines had a Blood Drinker who'd been captured, had has armor cut off, then his arms and legs removed, then sealed in a jar up to his neck and left to starve.
He went into suspended animation and woke up years later, when some Imperial Fists found him. He was saved and eventually reunited with his chapter.
So I would say, they can take a lot of damage.

For bench press or throwing stuff, take an olympian world record and add 50% to it (or double it if they are in armor).
For their running speed take an olympian world record raw.
How much damage can they take is a far to vague question and depends on the type of wound and its location.
No Terminator can barely run and cannot pursue fleeing targets.
All of these answers personal opinions with very little fluff support, but I like it and it makes sense to me...

In armor or out of armor?
I'd wager that in armor they can bench more than out-of-armor, but could run less fast. In general I'd say they are engineered more for strength and resilience than for speed, although I'd still put them at olympian levels of speed for running. Real athletes are big and fast, and marines are all hyper-athletic.
Their resilience is far beyond a normal human. Their bones are more dense, they have redundant hearts and lungs, their blood clots faster and they are more immune to toxins. They are less prone to physiological shock, and continuing to fight after losing a limb is, although maybe not common, at least not rare.
Actually I think one of the more underrepresented aspects of marines is their stamina. Not just the hyper-oxygenated blood, but more the fact that they can go days without sleeping. It's out of the realm for a 40K game, but in a prolonged engagement that's a real handy thing to be able to do. Being able to retain effectiveness over a sustained period of fighting is a heck of an advantage.
Terminators doing backflips? God that's just the stupidest thing. As much as I want to be excited about DOW 3, the SM captain jumping around in Terminator armor just takes me right out of it. It's infuriatingly dumb. The advantage of Terminator armor is in being a wall upon which bullets break like waves upon rocks. That's the idea that resonates most with me, and I wish it was pushed harder. The point above about Terminators not being able to sweeping advance is totally spot on. Terminators sacrifice mobility for protection.
That said I don't want my power armored Space Marines doing back flips either. Leave that for Harlequins.

Don't Even Talk about doing back flips in Terminator armour. Ignoring the fact that there is no tactical advantage of doing one, Even a space marine isn't going to be able to move the suit in the correct ways with the limited movement of the armour, not to mention the balance of weight. It's not an easy thing to do even without restrictive armour plates all over. This Applies to Tartaros Pattern Armour or otherwise.
Needless to say, they did a great job at putting me off DoW III...

I am going to share with you my secret trove of sources and quotes. Tread carefully, friends, for many a valiant forum warrior has seen his cause laid low by the texts within. If you dare ignore my warning, then abandon all hope, and enter here. Automatically Appended Next Post: Personal favourite: There was a flash over his head, and a lascannon shot punched into a Bane Wolf’s gas reservoir. The tank exploded, spreading its angry death for dozens of metres around it. This time, it was the men of the Mortisian Guard whose screams were awful and short, and whose skin was puddling in the road. Bisset’s jaw dropped and he threw himself flat. The Leman Russ’s turret rotated in his direction, and the heavy bolter sponson chugged rounds. The turret hadn’t moved half its arc before a second lascannon beam blasted it from the chassis. Armoured beings stormed past him. They were terrible, golden angels, and they fell upon the Guard with bolter and chainsword. They savaged the units that had escaped the release of the gas and tore the tanks apart. They were monsters who bore the garb of beauty. They were giants in the service of war turned into art. There were only five of them. There were a hundred times as many Guardsmen, and that was far too few. The battle was even more one-sided than the attack on the rebels had been. Within seconds, hulls had been ripped open, treads yanked from wheels and used as whips, and men scythed into shrieking meat. The Chaos Space Marines stood proudly in the carnage, gods well pleased by their allotment of blood. The surviving rebels emerged from their hiding places. They began to cheer, and the cry was taken up by more and more people pouring into the streets. -Death of Antagonis

Run: Probably varies, but at least 25mph
Throw: Throw what? a stone? probably a couple of km.
Damage: One wound.
Boreale: He may be bawld, but he is also fhoolish, so he hides in mettul bawkses to protect his glowing cranium from the eeehvil kayos spess mehreens.
