Hey All,

This will be my first contribution to Dakka - a chronicle of the (likely very slow) growth of my Thousand Sons. I haven't fully nailed down the fluff, but intend this to be a warband that functions in both the 30k/40k settings (I'll share fluff as it solidifies). The scheme is the 30k colors, but I'll likely model up some more chaos-influenced pieces for use in 40k.

Anyway here's what I've finished so far. Note that I recently got back into the hobby after lurking on the fringes for nearly 15 years, and the below is really my first real stab at painting/modeling (never got beyond drybrushing the last time I collected anything). Also apologies for the poor image quality - working on improving my mini photo skills as well.

Test Marines

The first of many sorcerors

And a better view of the headdress bird look

Rhino (almost done - still need to paint some of the metallic stuff)

Contemptor

Anyway hope you enjoy. C&C welcome!

cymera,

Good start on an under-covered army. You have a distinct theme and I look forward to seeing more.

Cheers,
