Nope. You also can't start with the game with him already inside it either. So he'll have to hop on turn one.

dam, that would have been decent, a group of eversors jumping out a LR crusader and doing a assault charge!

While that's not possible to do, you can stack an inquisitor in there with a full unit of deathcult assassins.

Will be far more effective for points to damage.
Depending on formations you could even throw in a crusader or 2 as bullet sponges.

Edit: to be more useful.

If you run an inquisitorial henchmen detachment you can take:

1 inquisitor (varying types and wargear)
3 acolytes

That's the Base of the formation and sets you back 37 points.

From there you can add:

0-1 priest
0-10 crusaders
0-10 arco flagellents
0-10 deathcult assassins
0-1 tech priest enginseer
0-6 jokaero
0-1 astropath

There are more options here, but it allows you to customise it a lot more.

Say you have a transport 16 vehicle:
Inquisitor
3 acolytes
10 deathcult assassins
2 crusaders

While being more points than the assassin, it's going to put out a hell of a lot more damage and be more survivable.
It's also going to be great shock factor when these guys hop out a transport and go to town.

DCA with Hammerhand and a Priest will certainly feel like you're throwing a unit of Eversor Assassins at people.

Balanced Game: Noun. A game in which all options and choices are worth using.
