I think it was a Naftka rumor, so...

The jist though was that there was going to be a Silver Tower. With Death instead of Arcanites. That's about it.

I suspect if WHQ continues to sell well you'll see a load of expansions. It's dead easy to photoshop up some floor tiles and assemble a small pamphlet with rules - toss in some plastic minis and hit the print button. If you get people excited about it and they spend $60-80 a dozen times you've done well.

I'd love for that to be true. Maybe this one can come with new minis?

It'd be cool to get a sort of bestiary for existing minis (zombies, skeletons, savage orruks, etc.), too.

For me, Quest is pretty much them printing munneh.

Provided they manage to avoid model repitition, I'll keep on buying whatever they put out.

That said, provided the heroes are kept new, I'm not adverse to having increasing numbers of random rank and file stuff - the more of those I gather to me, the more dungeons I can easily design and populate.

Doesn't look like Blood Bowl or WHQ, it lacks any defined white/black lines to make up squares. I'm thinking this is a tile for a new game, or something we haven't heard of yet.

I'll take my random shot in the dark.

Looks like it's a tile or terrain for either Dark Elves (or whatever they are called now). Or it could be an art teaser from their release?

I don't know but this is all I could think.

It kind of reminds me of Undead though design wise. So in a long shot as a side bet new Undead?

To give us a good spread of adversaries the book would unfortunately need to be 300 pages long.

I'm seeing some kind of building or base for AoS.

Why AoS? The grate is riveted to the hole in the ground.

That could actually still be for 40k. Rivets aren't exactly unheard of in Imperial city planning.

I'm guessing some scenery for Warhammer Underworlds.

While my first thought was "sewer" too , it could just as likely be a window, like a medieval prison cell window kind of thing. It could be 40k but the sector imperialis also has sewer grates which look nothing like this.Though, personally, I find the sector makes no sense, not even as a pedestrian zone, never mind as a road so perhaps they're making alternative terrain.

Yeah, I'd guess the AoS equivalent to the new plastic 40K terrain. So definitely something for Underworlds.

Mortarions base

"Because we couldn’t be trusted. The Emperor needed a weapon that would never obey its own desires before those of the Imperium. He needed a weapon that would never bite the hand that feeds. The World Eaters were not that weapon. We’ve all drawn blades purely for the sake of shedding blood, and we’ve all felt the exultation of winning a war that never even needed to happen. We are not the tame, reliable pets that the Emperor wanted. The Wolves obey, when we would not. The Wolves can be trusted, when we never could. They have a discipline we lack, because their passions are not aflame with the Butcher’s Nails buzzing in the back of their skulls. The Wolves will always come to heel when called. In that regard, it is a mystery why they name themselves wolves. They are tame, collared by the Emperor, obeying his every whim. But a wolf doesn’t behave that way. Only a dog does. That is why we are the Eaters of Worlds, and the War Hounds no longer."

Maybe, I also feel its tied to that skull base gravestone thing they showed a little while back.
