I just received the not-Thousand Sons Rhino things and I can highly recommend them. They fit snugly and look great.

I picked up two of their cars on eBay, very good casting overall. The new limo version is more like what I wanted in the first place, so it looks like a second order will be going in shortly...

Those rhino upgrades would be good for general Egyptian-style scenery too.

Hmmm - interesting, but not the equal of the alternative IMHO. Mechanical wing with curtain of biological feathers isn't working for me. I do like the "sending a falcon from the wrist" thing.

Could be a very nice model if they removed most of the wings and gave her some breast reduction surgery. And redesigned the armour, there's a strange hole where the stomach piece should be. I like the pose though.

I like the head and rebreather. Wings and cheesecake are a miss.

Gw's pales in comparison to this true living saint. for her I would take up my puny lasgun incapable of hurting anything wearing cardboard or heavier and happily run into the jaws of chaos fueled carnage smiling as i died knowing that for one brief moment I stood next to perfection.

I love that there are artists out there who look at GW's insane gonzo over-the-top style and think "ya know what, I can sculpt one that goes to 11," and they're right.

The nice thing about GW's version was that was a step BACK from the Over the Top craziness.

The head is amazing. But not a fan of the torso or feather wings.

Love it. Kinda want to turn it into a Feora conversion for Warmachine or maybe Thyra.

Hm, not keen on it. The wings look more like someone stuck a rack of curtains onto her back. And what's that weird looking hole between her right boob and the shoulder pad?

Got some of the not warp spiders and while they are a little pricey I have to say the quality is high. The sculpts are very nice and the resin and casting quality is perfect.

Yea but she looks worse as a sculpt then the original they made. Technically speaking, better model, artistically, inferior. This model may not have what it takes to appeal to everyone but at least it takes risks and really drives home the setting, it's very Blanchian IMO.

What if it was a werewolf wearing human iconography? Like shoulderpads with some random dude texting on his phone or commuting in a Honda?

The backpack kills it, for me. The awesome wolf head on his shoulder pad, and then the cartoony dog-creature on the backpack vent is really jarring.

Other than that, it's a fantastic piece of work.

I really hate when people create chain weapons that would never be able to actually spin because the blades have no clearing space.

Who says that's a chain weapon? It could be a spiky axe?

I don't own either one so I may be missing something, but I really like the current one. Although to be honest, I like the seraphim even more.
