Are the bundles on the Prodos web store a good deal or can I do better ordering from an online game retailer? Can anyone provide an idea of the shipping costs?

Got a shipping notification the other day, tracker shows it left Warsaw yesterday, not sure when to expect it to arrive here in NJ. Curious as to what Ill be receiving, as I have 2 pledges and at least 2 of almost every item from the KS (except the power loader which I wasnt interested in). Heres hoping it includes the new rulebook that came out.

I just placed an order for a mega bundle on Monday. The invoice said that my order would be shipping within 3-10 days. Are orders fulfilled out of Poland or the UK?

When I got 'Wave 1' it shipped directly from Poland. I don't think they have anything but paperwork in the UK anymore.

Huh - so if I hadn't been dumb enough to back Prodos' Kickstarter campaign two & a half years ago I could just order now for a whopping 30-40% discount, and get my stuff both cheaper and faster! (assuming I ever get anything from these jokers...)

Surely the knowledge that your funding years ago made the whole project possible to be enjoyed by thousands (of other people for over a year) is consolation enough, right?

Trust me, I am not rubbing it in. But I did order on Monday and I received a shipping notice today. So I am quite pleased. I have backed over 30 KS projects with at least 5 that went south so I do feel your pain for all of you backers out there. But for those of you who are interested in this game, the 40% discount and flat $24 shipping to the US and 5 day turnaround can't be beat.

Apparently the package weighs 9.8kgs!

Don't get excited, the turtle they've strapped the packages swims extremely slowly, I've had my tracking number for almost a month now...

Has there been any more details on the rest of the items and shipping? I've not seen anything from them in maybe a month (I'm in the backer group.).

I know it really stinks but I recommend that you buy something from their website. I did & got my whole KS reward within a week.

However, if you items you are waiting for which have not yet 'been approved' you can't get all you are owed by ordering.

Unless the alternate Marines and cloaked predators are shipping and I somehow missed it, what applied to you won't apply to everyone.

I never paid attention to kickstarter, so I don't know: will AvP the miniatures game be available on the internet / shops ? Or is this just a "one shot", and only backers will have the game ?

I heard there are problems of intellectual property ?

Is this game related to "AvP: the hunts beggins" (are the models the same size, etc ?).

This game is AvP: The Hunt Begins, and as a non-KS backer you are a lot more likely to get what you order than the KS backers are. If you mean the Table Top Game version instead of the Board Game version, allegedly we will eventually see the rules released as a supplement to the latest Warzone rule book.

The license is up for renewal next year I think (but I may be wrong). If you are referring to the IP violation that got the KS page shut down, that is just on of Jarek and crew's lies told to backers. There never was an IP issue.

Jarek has bragged about being able to tell Fox to feth off once the license expires. That could be taken as an indicator they do not intend to renew, but who knows.

Just an update: I placed an order on August 11 and it arrived here in Florida today August 22. The bundle deal is good until the end of August. 40% off, $24 shipping to the US and less than 2 week turnaround time. I say grab this deal while you can.

Nearly 3 years on and I still havent received my KS pledge. Countless emails sent and numerous excuses from Prodos but still nothing.

You could always order more stuff from them so they will ship you any stuff up to wave 2 they owe you.

In the nearly 3 years and counting it has taken them to sort this out I've gotten married, had a kid and taken out a mortgage. My priorities have changed somewhat

Well, I've written mine off as a loss, checked the tracker, it's been over 6 weeks since my "package" was shipped. To the US. No answers to emails enquiring where they sent my pledge.
Well done Prodos, you are incapable of doing anything correctly.

Was it ever actually accepted by the shipping company or was a dummy tracking number just generated and nothing actually shipped?

Mine arrived yesterday, everything present, and the casting quality is great.

It all seems to have gone a bit quiet on the AvP front. Have there been any more updates posted in some dark corner of the web?

Also, can anybody remember the current status of wave 3 and what models are left to be released? I have yet to receive a single piece of my order, so at this point I'm resigned to the fact I probably won't get wave 1 let alone wave 3, so I ask out of morbid, masochistic curiosity more than anything.

I know Wave 3 has the cloaked predators, and the alternative Marines. I assume the 'wargame' rules as well.

I got a wave 1.5 shipping and am still missing all my Wave 3 stuff and some wave 2 stuff. Once it all gets here I'll see how much the Prodos 40% off sales have destroyed the resale value of my stuff and try to unload it on Ebay.

Nothing. Was supposed to get some ... synthoid markers. Never came. Glad I only got the base pledge and pulled the plug on this abortion.

I have the two games, still sealed, and a bunch of extras, If anyone wants it, Contact me and lets talk. I had a post over in swaps, that's what I am looking for, but I'll take trades, or discuss parting it out, if its what it takes to get rid of it....

Be careful what you pledge for, you just might not get it.
