Hi,

Just wanted to introduce you to a project I've been working on over the past year and is near to completion. It is a set of terrain composed of indiviual floor and wall panels which can be put together in really different ways.

More detailed info about it can be found through this link:

https://crowdforgestudio.com/project/metro-morph/

Interested to hear what you all make of it.

Cheers!

It looks really, really good. The aesthetics are great and the shapes look really practical. I think it may be the best of the card stuff I've seen. When does your kickstarter launch?

Wow, that's some really nice stuff. Good job blending in the joints, which is generally the biggest failing of this sort of terrain.

Some really good stuff there!

Reminds me of some older terrain back before/around 3rd.

I'm back!

My biggest problem with clip-based terrain is that cannot unsee the clips. I thought Terraclips were great, but then I wasn't able to stop seeing the clips.

This product seems to solve that issue by texturing the clips like the terrain they're attached to. Well done!

Thanks for your supporting comments. Kickstarter date not fully finalised as yet, will try and keep forums updated as much as I can, but for latest news like release dates and times consider signing up to our mailing list on our site.

Hi, unfortunately I only found out about Terra Clips after I'd developed this project so can't directly comment on how closely it compares. Looked like a cool system, hopefully Metro Morph can expand off that!

Cheers mate! Older style card terrain was a definite initial inspiration for this project.

I've never done a Kickstarter donation but I 100% will for this. I've been wanting card terrain for an age, I miss the old GW necromunda stuff.

Approx armies
9000pts AdMech (Main army)
7000pts Black Templars (original army)
3500pts Death Guard (lazy side project)
2000pts Imperial Knights (extension of AdMech)
2000pts Harlequins (fun side project)

I agree, clips can stand out and be a little distracting. Hope you like our solution to that. Will be highlighting how its done in an upcoming development blog on our site next week.

Thanks matey! I'm trying my best to make shipping to at least major centers as low as I possibly can. Coming from Australia I know all too well how postage can cause a bit of a sting.

Blown away! Huge thanks. Being a fairly often (maybe too often....) user of Kickstarter I sometimes forget not everyone will be familiar with the platform. Going to try and get an easy step by step overview of the process up on our development blogs so that those fresh to it are able to navigate and understand the process easy.

If any other queries or comments, fire away.
