Hahaha, clearly I need to buy more of those jet pack exhaust flight stands then eh? I do have another 4 Inceptors to do, and some Chaos Raptors that I can try and find similar things.

The next project is a little more down-to-earth: another unit of 10 Necron Warriors. For these ones, I've decided to use spare barrels from the new warrior kit to update some older warriors. A simple little swap, but it should help a lot to make these guys look more modern!

Those gauss blasts are really cool, it even looks like the blades at the end of the barrel help keep them in place. Also another excellent opportunity for OSL!

Thanks gobert! I love painting those crystals, glad you like them too! If I was a little better I would do wet blending on them, but not quite there yet.

Thanks graven! I'm glad my amateur eye is starting to get to that point.
Looks like there's a workaround for the issue with gallery uploads, just enough for me to be able to post my next project, another unit of Tesla Immortals. These guys I had already base-coated earlier in the thread a few years ago, but at the time I had planned to do Tesla weapons in blue. New Me says that's too many colours, and stick to green. So, we start off by replacing the blue with green!

The cableing on the Warriors is an absolte highpoint.
Has a certain darker green tint on it your change on the immortals, i like.
