IMHO your BR are better than those CF, I reckon there is too much red on the honour guard. I would have done their cloaks in a different colour...

I paint them freehand. There's a guide in the earlier pages of this thread somewhere.

Well, 30 according to the codex.
29 and the Leader himself, who is listed above.
the 7th box is just to give wings to high high priests and other officers.
The Vanguard Veterans will use standard style jump packs.
I want to keep the army as true to the fluff as possible.
