and just for your information...this dakka slacka^^ had his sons birthday (fourth btw) and we went to legoland berlin ...and mate... i looked at those city house kits...you know...those cool looking three story ones? they charge a hefty 149 €s for each kit here... i call that huge...
and on a related note... dave, do you have heared of a lego kit with deadpool, magneto AND wolverine??? well i had it in my hand yetserday but i couldn´t buy it...darn...

yup...that was the kit dave! super really isn´t it? really one must ask themselves...in this kit they almost put every ounce of awesomesauce in one package? so unlicke them otherwise... just look at the LotR kits... all major characters scattered around....
and no... didn´t saw that plane kit... but i bet this is a wonderful kit...
also showed my wife the architectual kits... didn´t you say your better half likes theses? they look very cool...
well we had fun in the shop... but in the end we only bought two lil bags of these collectibles... we had the flower power hippy and the valkyrie^^ (a bit short on money... but hopefully soon this will be over with me being one with the other labourers^^)
and RW... sorry... will fix that... and yes... why wasn´t lego so much coolness when i was really playing with it back then???

What you have to do is play "with" you kids, lol I used to do that when my neice and nephew lived with us... for certain things i would play next to them, but not with them... although since they didnt like that all that much i had to change

From paint work to creating individual models, I know there was options in those kits but you have taken them to an all new level 
Love the use of Zing wheels as well, plus I might have to steal that creation as it is just BRILLIANT !!!!!

So much of the kit is MiG inspired, but you could make the wings and tail like an F-86 Sabre to some degree. My Dakka jet is set up to resemble a MiG-15/17. Adding the bubble turret makes it look another way, and so will the fixed gun to the rear arc position as it is similar to early WW-II dive bomber positions as the Dauntless/Val/Stuka style.
