*Leo follows after Scatty*

Leo:I hope so too.

*Scatty leads them to Thoth's room and after a brief conversation Thoth hands her a dinner plate sized stone with one side a smoothed and polished surface, reflecting the pair back at each other. Scatty thanks Thoth then turns to Leo*
Scatty: Can we do this in your room? I don't want to worry Aoife, or wake her for that matter, and I think it should be done in private

*Izriel nods and floats off to Lyr's room*
*Enters, locks the door, removes armour, and walks up to the bed (cause wings are with the armour)*
*Lies down with Lyr, and cuddles her*
*Neither sleep*

[Perron trots up behind Gharn and examines his wheelchair] Need a boost?

*Gharn turns his head to Look at Perron out of the corner of one eye*
Gharn: What?

*marinalia wakes up and goes for a swim as normal for her *

*Gharn frowns*
Gharn: Zooming? What do you mean by that?

[Perron looks a bit troubled at to how to explain] Wait there a second.
[Runs over to Co'tor's old workshop and comes back with a small motor and set of grips] If this was on your wheels, for every push you give, you'd go twice as fast. You could be as quick as you were on your feet, and still get exercise.
[Rubs the motor on one hand and shows how it speeds up]

...Also you could ramp it off stuff and do flips. [Grins in fairly innocuous excitement]

*Gharn shrugs*
Gharn: Alright, we can try it

[Perron fist-pumps and spends a little while fitting the device]
Try it out. It should also mean you don't roll backwards on slopes.

[Has at no point realised the enhanced brakes also required in this scenario]

*Gharn starts it up and gently moves himself forwards a bit*
Gharn: Hmm...
*He tries going a little faster and looks curious*
Gharn: I wonder how fast this can go...
*He tries sending it forwards as fast as he can and yells in shock as it nears 20 MPH before crashing into a wall*

*Leo nods*

Leo: No problem lets go.

*Leo leads Scatty to her room and opens the door for her*

*Scatty smiles and props the stone disc up on a chair before sitting on the bed and patting the spot next to her*
Scatty: Sit down and we'll begin.
*Makes her voice deeper and more ominous and looks serious*

*sound of cracks and gunfire as ferasian hall space wolves are training with several larger dull thuds from the a vindicator being sighted back in after a repair to gun sights*

*crackle of Las fire as the staff train on Las and auto weaponry's*

*ferasian armourers have stripped down, cleaned and fully racked and resembled the weapons to full.production standards and storage *

*Scatty waits for Leo to sit down then places her hand flat against the stone and closes her eyes. The stone grows brightly and a fuzzy image appears, finally clearing into a image of Huitz wearing only pajama bottoms in a bathroom brushing his teeth*
Scatty: Grampa?
*Huitz frowns and looks up at the mirror and chokes, nearly swallowing his toothbrush as he sputters in shock*

*Leo watches Scatty talk to Huitz*

*She sits their silently not knowing if Huitz can see or hear her*

*Huitz spits and rinses, tosses the damaged toothbrush away and looks at the bathroom mirror*
Huitz: Scatty! Leo! Hi!
*He smiles, showing his pointed teeth and black tongue and gums*
Huitz: What do you need?
*Reaches over off screen and grabs a shirt then pulls it on*
Scatty: Well... umm...
Huitz: Where's everyone else? Your sister? Why are you with Leo? What happened to her!?!
*Scatty smiles slightly and looks at Leo*
Scatty: You tell him
*Huitz frowns*
Huitz: Tell me what?

Leo: Well, I look like this because Randal Flagg mutated me into this. Why I'm sitting next to Scatty. Well, we're together now.

*Leo smiles*

*Huitz growls*
Huitz: That mother- When I get my hand on-
*He stops making violent gestures and his mouth drops open as Leo speaks about her and Scatty. Scatty laughs*
Huitz: What... you mean?
Scatty: Yes! Very much so!
*Huitz smiles*
Huitz: Agh! I wish I was there so I could hug the pair of you, congratulations! Is that what this was about?
*Scatty's smile fades and she sighs*
Scatty: No... no it's not...
*She explains the situation and her reservations about going*
Huitz: Hmmm... Well, that's a tough decision, but here is what I think you should do.
I think you should go, take someone with you, but go. If Aoife can't go, then perhaps Horus, or Ra, someone good in a scrap, just in case.
*Scatty nods*
Scatty: I can ask Ra, but Horus is busy right now. Thanks Gramps
*Huitz frowns as Scatty grins and waves*
Huitz: Now what did I say about you call-
Scatty: Bye Gramps!
*She ends the connection and cuts Huitz off mid-lecture and laughs slightly. Her smile eventually fades and she sighs*
Scatty: Well... I guess I'm going then. I won't have to leave for a few days... so I guess we'd better make 'em count yeah?

*Leo grins*

Leo: I have a good idea on how to start.

*Surprise sex*

*Scatty is surprised but makes sure to knock away the Scrying stone so if it's called nothing can be seen*


*Gharn picks himself up and struggles back into his chair before savagely ripping off the motor and manually wheeling himself into the kitchen.*
*He gets food, comes back to the couch, awkwardly scrambles onto it and eats, reads and watches a game of bloodbowl before going to sleep*


*The Cal, Morri and the twins go off for a picnic*

*Verdai finishes reading the first four days of logs*
