Sign me up for a custom chapter , the Sons of the Scorpion (Egyptian-theme), standard tactical type or HW user… not sure. Haven’t decided on urban or sand basing yet either.

Nah mate
You're not late...this blog was only started a week ago and will still be going for some time

[quote=[So]Rice]Hi Smurf,

I would like to paint you up a marine. I'll do either Imperial Fists or White Scars, whichever is availible.

Examples of my work can be seen in my signature below. Please PM me about which chapter you'd like to see me paint.
Thanks,
[So]Rice

Unfortunately the Imperial Fists are taken already so I'll put you down for the White Scars
Thanks mate

Tear OF The Angel wrote:I want to do a Blood Angel home brewed successor chapter, Fortis Angels. Which I believe translates to Courageous Angels. Background for them, is that they are on a crusade hunting down the Black Legion. I have lots of chaos bits such as heads and chainswords and bodies already model on the bases or in the hands. Is this ok.

P.S. I also think I have an extra Mephiston model, that needs stripped so I might use it.

Nice one mate
They look good
No problem with a few Chaos bits as obviously they have had to make do to repair their armour and stuff
Goes with their back story and they are still Loyalist so more than welcome

I think I'll bite. I have already volunteered for Porukslime's and Disjointed Entity's Deathwatch projects so one more volunteer painting project sounds like fun.

Since Salamanders have already been snapped up, may I paint either a Mantis Warrior (with cool Jump Pack, katana and custom pieces- courtesy of Gitsplitta) or a Son of Medusa as they both have green colour schemes.

so is this like the GREAT MARINE SWAP where marines are being traded, or is this sending you a marine so you have them all in one place. both ways sound pretty cool!

About the basing unfortunately I wont be basing everything mate. Its up to the contributor to base his mini with either a sand and grass base or an urban base
Sorry about any confusion caused

Hi mate. No its not a marine swap. There is already the Great Marine Swap so I wouldnt want to duplicate that
This is a project where everyone sends me a marine that they have painted from their given chapter (as long as it hasnt already been taken) They will then be photographed individually and then as a group to show what has been achieved
All will be posted on Dakka
This whole project will then be auctioned off and all the proceeds will go to charity

Hope this helps with any confusion
Please feel free to submit a chapter

I'd definitely be up for getting involved with this, I've got so many spare SM bits I don't know what to do with them. My proposal would be to send a Star Dragon heavy weapons marine. Not sure which company he'll be from but that's something to worry about later.
