Ok well I've slapped together a rough idea of what I want my 2k tourney list with SITNW conscripts to look like.

Still needs tweaking, but it's the general way I see myself running them in the future. For those of you interested in a TL;DR version, it essentially boils down to making the rest of the list as shooty as possible to make up for the conscripts' lack of killing power, while the conscripts run around providing cover saves, denying deepstrikers, grabbing objectives, screening tanks, and generally speaking just being very freaking annoying.

This is not a list designed to make friends. I've heard of some crazy lists that might be taken to this tourney, so the gloves are off. I would take a much more laid back list for going up against friends.
