About the C'tan: I don't mind them leaving the tabletop.
I'd just like them staying in the fluff. Having innumerable metal warriors reaping millions of the living to feed the insatiable hunger of immortal star-gods... what else can you ask in life?

I too wouldn't mind if the C'tan were not HQ's. There was a rumor that the 'real' C'tan have awoken and that the current C'tan are 'rogue'. There might be an interesting way to have chaos necrons. (Wouldn't that be weird...)
