That's a really strong list, couldn't really make a better one.
You're using Inquisimunda rules again? I just wrote up a simplified set of rules for genestealer cults so we can have them in our games, I think the Inquisimunda rules are generally a bit powerful when played against Necro gangs (eg the fact that the cult can get up to 3 genestealers, and can have a bunch of neophytes).

Yeah, the stealer list is scary, to say thee least. The inquisimunda ruleset seems like it might end up a bit over powered, especially with the possibility of three genestealers running around. Apart from that, I'm hoping that the reletive strength of the other inquisimunda lists balance out the cult. I do really like the idea of a rating-based genestealer roll, but the cult player is pretty interested in running actual stealers. I was thinking of making some sort of hired gun style ruleset for the genestealer itself, but I think that we'll just run the rules as given, and see how it goes. Gives me an excuse to melt xenos with my melta-lance

There's a ruleset on Yakro that lets you buy stealers but it looks horribly overpowered. The Inquisimunda rules ought to be balanced againt each other fine, but theres no chance a fresh Necro gang can beat that list if they get 1 or 3 stealers showing up. I'd value a single stealer at about 400 rating, so 3 at 1200 rating is about the same as a fresh gang on their own
But then Necromunda is rarely very well balanced, as long as you have fun it doesn't matter.

I think for the first few games, we might just say that one is enough. Also, with the other gangs calling on help, we might just decide that if either side takes an ally, the other side gets theirs automatically, too. i.e, the guard player rolls a marine, I can take an assassin, too.
My vote is to just do away with them all together, but I don't think that's very popular.

To be honest you might find the special models utterly unbalance the game, hell in early games a dude with a WS of 4 is powerful enough, let alone what a Genestealer has. Maybe you could limit them for a few games then bring them in, I have a feeling that a novice gang with a space marine ally is just going to be sitting around while he does everything.
