Looking awesome! However, from the first view he feels like he doesn't have enough "impact". The base feels empty (perhaps the mini is too high off the base?)

Looks great, some of the best 40k models around in my opinion, very creative and imaginative. I especially love how the Duke's dead, leathery skin forms the barding on the horse, fantastically gross.
