This the Nurglii Lord in the Warhammer choice. Easy to found it, and the old man is a Nécromancien ,easy too. I converted both of them a little of course.

Yep thanks my friend PDH. In fact, about the umbrellas, it's very easily than you imagine :

As you can see, I used plastics rods glued around a central pole 25 ° inclination. Then I covered the structure of a disk made of a thin page of Kleenex (used or not lol) and I fixed all through the application of highly diluted PVA glue ... and that's it! Hoping that Google insult any member of your family.
