Your talking about Ultra Yannari Eldar, they will also inexplicably be a head taller than all other Eldar because

GW is going to release new truescale space marines and true scale primaris marines.

New true scale marines will be released, rendering all existing regular marine and primaris marine models redundant.

Already existing primaris marines will not be accepted in official tournaments as regular marines, due to the MK9 armour which is not a space marine armour. They will not be accepted as Primaris Marines either as they are not the correct scale.

Existing regular marine models will not be accepted as they are not the correct scale.

New primaris marines get 4 attacks on the charge against regular infantry units with their new stratagem: "Just stomp on them."

Here is what my secret source in Nottingham HQ had to say about 9th. Please don't spread the news as his head may roll. Anyway, let's do a deep dive:

1. There is streamlining and there is simple
According to market research done by GW trolls, a growing portion of today's player base have an attention span like that of a squirrel on crack. Therefore the whole core rules of 9th shall encompass ONLY a single page.

2. Sorry, you are too BIG to play
GW suits realize their past error into allowing units taking part in a skirmish game that have just by common sense no business in being present in such small scale encounters. Thus units like Imperial Knights and flyers of any kind are abolished from taking part in 9th.

3. 3rd wave of limited Imperial Knight boxes
Yes, we are back again. A shiny new box with two Imperial Knights (feth the chaos model). Only this time a brand new rulebook is included for playing IK: Renegade alongside other units of similar sizes. And... I crap you not... this rule version isn't just an afterthought to sell two models but it really includes a rules book worthy of the name.

4. Grounded birds
Flyers have just been abolished in 9th. So what to do with the models in your collection? Burn 'em and post the vid on YouTube? Nope, this time around GW saves you this kind of trouble and releases a new specialist game revolving around your aerodynamic, flying bricks.
But... but... there is already a game about flyers in GW' s portfolio, you might say. Well, I have to correct you. There "was" and not "is". Yes folks, Aeronautica gets squatted in order for GW to sell you the EXACT same game BUT with BIGGER models. And everybody knows that bigger is always better.

I’ve heard that:

1. A new range of SM called Ultramaris that are only available to ultramarines
2. All other SM chapters will die out and ultramarines will be the only ones left because GW realise that UM are the only interesting chapter and all the other ones are boring
3. Because ultramarines can’t be copy written they will be renamed to Legio Ultramaris Peeenaris

Indeed, but I’m not sure yet if including imperial knights in an Admech army would count as a soup army and cost CP in 9E or not. I’m new to the game so I’m still learning a lot. I only just started about a month ago.

It says made up rumors. Bigger eldar is not a rumor or made up. All models for eldar that came out this edition are being scaled up as bigger.

I may not be able to invent not real stuff for 9th, but I can do basic reading.
