Got mine, noticed I was missing a ninja Candy, emailed Soda Pop, and they've already gotten the process started to correct that.
Not bad customer service!
Now if I could ever get a Kickstarter order correct the first time...doesn't seem to matter how big or small, I've always got an issue!

I got my kits today, they look fantastic and the new rules are a significant improvement, also the colouring book should keep me entertained for a while

Yeah, mine arrived yesterday too. It might be a trick of the light (or rather, the material) but the sculpts seem a lot sharper than my old SDE stuff. My 7 year old has been asking "Can we play it yet? Can we play it yet?" since getting home from school yesterday and finding it on the table. He's going to have to wait until the weekend but I'm really looking forward to playing Arcade mode with the kids

The sculpts are better. It's not an accident of lighting. This is some very high quality stuff.

Mr. Bitey Sculpt and Dungeon Tile Art
Hello Friday! Looking forward to the weekend? Lets get into the update and end the week right!
Once again we’re not going to post the massive list. This was one of those weeks where lots of incremental progress was made, but there were no big turning points that fundamentally changed our Production List of Awesome. Going forward we'll post it periodically to check in on all the stuff, but not every update to keep it from gobbling up real estate.
The Claws of the Wyrm models are the current pieces that are being sculpted. They are looking great and we should have some pictures of them to show you soon. We also finished Mr. Bitey who is looking to bite the hand that feeds him.
Work on the pledge manager continues and we’ll let you know as soon as it is ready to go.
Lets close out with a few more pictures of some of the items that we had finished up last week and are ready for show!
Any chance you'd be able to share higher res copies of the tile art, looking to have these printed on larger material as the ones produced are just too darn small! Thanks!

How do people like Arcade Mode? I don't know if we were doing something wrong (didn't seem that way), but my group pretty well got completely wrecked in the very first tile, and it left as all pretty sour on it.

It wouldn't surprise me if you were doing something wrong, the rules are a nightmare to make sense of. Though I believe the consensus is that the first tile is the hardest, and that you should hang back and farm as much loot as you can before confronting the mini-boss. Some spawn points are also much harder than others. Personally I like arcade mode (it means I can finally play the heroes for a change), but I do tend to houserule quite a lot of stuff. I would actually lean more towards it being too easy. It's all too easy to manage wrath and kite the monsters around. Lately I've changed it so the AI responds after every turn instead of every other turn, that makes it much more challenging. What exactly happened in your game? What teams were you playing?

Okay, glad to hear that the rules are really weird to understand. I've gotten rather fluent with Classic rules (I was before Forgotten King, too) but I read through the Arcade rules, kind of said "...what?" aloud, so my buddy read it and felt the same way.

Arcade mode does seem harder
especially if your group tended to play the game 'for fun' with the consul not going all out to win or picking on the weakest player all the time (which is not uncommon)

Interesting question, has anyone found a good medium for storing their miniatures?
I have the original SDE with the two previous expansions (Rock Top and Von Drakk) as well as all this new stuff.
I bought the Battlefoam SDE kit that fits into the box but it only works for the originals and barely fits in the box, and barely allows for the boards and cards, not even mentioning the old expansions or this shiny new stuff.
Has anyone found anything particularly good for storing all this stuff, as I'm trying to avoid carrying loads of boxes around if possible.
Cheers for any input.

Got my wave 2 box. Three things missing:
Dark Hero Kickstarter Bundle
Calico Kate
Codifier Kisa
Hopefully they're the "missing stock" mentioned in the KS updates, though I would have thought they'd hold on shipping till they had it all in hand. As long as I get all the stuff that I paid for, it'll be ok.
Hm.. apparently not, since this is the "short-stocked" list for AU.
Dice Pack, Upgrade Deck, Coloring Book, and Super Dungeon Explore 1st Edition, which affected 20 orders. Their stock of these items arrives Tuesday.
so... almost 1/4 of the $ value of my order is inexplicably missing. Cool.

Oh, yeah, Goro and the big 'shrooms are some major paperweights! I think the big 'shrooms are about 20% oversized, with the Templar 10-15% oversized.
No complaints, tho. Just surprises over how big some of the models are.

I just spammed this in the KS comments, but I'm unreasonably proud of it, so I'll leave it here as well
WIP Zombie and a crappy pic, but even there you can see that I had a lot of fun with it. Those Painting Buddha vids, yo!
It's the only model I've painted in YEARS besides a 1:72 Viking for my GF and a metal GW rat with flagellant head (which I did yesterday before the fatty). I've read Roman's articles about painting "flow" and sketching stuff in on the model before on MAssiveVoodoo, but seeing Ben casually blending stuff in seconds really encouraged me. Compared to the other vids I have where painting a fold in a cloak takes 45 minutes and about twenty layers of different paint mixes, that really helped me to overcome my of sitting down and doing a great job. Just paint some scratches on it if it doesn't work
A lot of work was redone in about 30 minutes with my artist(abstract painter) GF, afterjust returning from the gym, breathing down on my neck and getting upset that the chest didn't immediately get brighter, then that it got TOO bright, then this, then that...I wet-blended like a madman, with most paints already dried or used up on my wet pallet, learning as I go and in the end I had a chest and a belly that were much better than before. You mostly can't see the different hues of the chest on this pic, but it was amazingly fun *and* nerve wracking. The chest actually blends nicer than the belly, IMO. The white spot there is actually his nipple, with lovingly dotted on texture, not camera glare.
Today I'll finish him even if it kills me. The face is already roughly sketched in, the other body half is going to be pale and maggot like, with the darkest parts on top and the brightest down on the belly and fingers, as a mirror to the finished side and hopefully increasing contrast even more this way.
Edit: Oh, and that frakking gap around the head. I primed and took the wrong one with me, but the I really wanted to paint him. So I'll have to live with it. Or maybe fashion a noose or something for him at a later date to cover it up.
PS: As my personal little revenge I'll make her paint one of my (Lost and the Damned) "mutants" she loves so much. That'll teach her
PPS: Painting pooled blood and bruises (arm, the face half you can't see) sucks really hard if you didn't bring any purple with you. Sigh. The grey-ish purple that I could manage to mix actually looks a lot like pooled blood on a real body though, even if she doesn't really believe me, so it's not all bad.
