I took some gear one holiday once, but nowadays the parents say I'd spend too long indoors instead of actually going outside, so

Well, I know my wife would kill me if I'd take some hobby stuff (sculpting or painting) with me on holidays...well actually she'd file divorce first and then kill me BUT on holidays you have to keep your eyes open and look around - there is SO much inspiring stuff in "real live (TM)" Usually my head is spilling with new ideas after a holiday.

wow... the post finally was quick with that one shaso... i never knew!!! no luck so far on my doorstep...but i keep waiting....
as for the hobby stuff... well i am most eager to start again... with a bit of luck i get some time tomorrow...
i thought about taking some minis and paints with me on vacation ...but i thought better... as klaus said... my wife wouldn´t have liked that too^^ and yes... i took the odd pic for my own hobby needs... there is plenty outside that can spark some inspiration for your projects... i have yet to DL my sd card so to sieve through my pics i took...
also...we went shopping... the kids asked for some lightsabers... and they got them... curtesy of their mum... noisy lil gimmicks that they are... but in that same toyshop i found some half priced citadel paints... so i got me seven pots for my own collection^^ you gotta have something hobbyrelated when possible...
