So now I know what I'm doing with black armour I made a start on another. It needs work but shows promise:

I really like how you've handled the black there. The bright colors really make the model pop against the dark too.

A bit more done - highlights, glazes, the black needed neatening on the left-side shoulder. Next I'll paint the eyes

They might have well just given everyone a piece of paper with 2 boxes and no further information on and asked them to tick one at random, would have given the same result (within statistical error margins)... as opposed to 2 boxes and a mountain of conflicting information. Yeah, good job there.
