LOL... well the classic red skull had lots of apeal... nasty leader and an arch villian as badest as you can get... but the good thing with doom is...he is ruthless and highly inteligent too...but he has a conscience... he cares for his disciples in latveria... this drives him on... at least that was his character theme back in the golden age of comics...

at LDD... while the fist pic of the red skull you showed is more true to the accident that "made" the red skull at all... i like the second pic better... first one is all in all way too brutal... i like poster boy villians

well... embrace the style of Classic millitary Red Skull as seen in your pics...long coat and general military feel... iconic head swap is essential... and then still bring in a certain steampunky thingy to have it flowing within the steampunk empire scheme i want to use for my armies...

if push comes to shove... he will lead the traitor army of mine one day...(warzone footsloggers i have in abundance^^)

You could give him some kind of SP hand holding the cube as in the movie could tie it in nicely with your theme but not over doing it.

Also add a holstered weapon with the SP theme running through it, more an open holster so you can see more of the weapon (solo type holster)

First an awesome Captain Viktory and now a Red Skull in progress. I can't wait to see it. And now I know what the leader of my future Chaos army is going to be. I can just see a whole bunch of renegade Imperial Guardsmen, led by the Red Skull. It would perfectly tie in to my wish to own two Guard armies to. Both set to reenact Stalingrad. My Valhallans, and an army of Steel Legion led by the Red Skull.
