well... sorry... I was away way too long... ever since the autumns holidays of last year and some works I was due due to my study that I had quite some difficulties to manage, my motivation for hobby got lost quite substantially...to some extent...
it went so far as that I felt quite ashamed to even join in the laughter and play around these pages for quite some time...if not being productive as well... and able to show something...

for my study I am due to an internship and I had for the better part of the last half year no motivation to even search lest apply for one ....this is some kind of homework dilemma... you know...when you are not able to feel and have fun at weekends because homework is due...?... well, change homework with applications and fun with hobby work and dakka and you are where I was almost the whole time you haven´t seen a lot of me the last coupla weeks...

well... the roofing of the cabin thus too quite a long time... but all things get done eventually...like the applications did, so did the roofing...^^

and a couple of other things for the competition too... which hereby get proven...:

complete set....(only some details for the interior still amiss...)




roofing done!!!!! rejoice and celebrate!


some asked specifically for a watchtower...:





with removable roof (for now?!)



cabin got a door and stairs to get into...



and what better way to scream "get off my lawn" by a nice gate? and a spikey fence?^^

Thanks for the watchtower, exactly what every log cabin fort needs .

The only thing that concerns me is you keeping so many sharp objects on the floor. I can just see myself doing that then waking up in the middle of the night and stepping on it that would be painful. But I guess I'd have to be high stepping to do that.

well... about these spikey objects... I did the fotoshoot on our couch in the living room... and when I was done I took everything back to my desk again...that was the plan... I didn´t put everything on a nice sorted heap...oh no... not me, instead it slipped and I saw two wallsections fall to the floor where they broke in nice smaller sections... so much for security^^... but it is easy re-glued^^

and yep... I take my followers ideas verrryy seriously...sometimes...^^...and besides... a watchtower...how classy can one get, eh?^^...

well... shame is something that is connected to society and civilization from the very beginnings... its opposite is what barbarians refer to as honour...

damn... I knew I have grown up in the wrong place...

Ikea pencil fence looks great - nice and pointy. You should send some to Theo for him to put around his car and keep the chipmunks away...

Stop bragging about the size of your wood my kids school just called , they are closing early,and the next snow has just started over 100 schools called off last night. Are you guys getting affected by any wired weather his year?

And Theo...we've got around six hours worth of sun today , I think, and all the snow is back in whatever icy hell it was before again...I hope it isn't another snowpocalypse for the lot of you...but maybe it freezes your squirrels and weasels deep so that your car stays unmolested by these...

The whole world is having weird weather! Being typically British we have 2 inches of weather and it's a major incident!
