plus that mounted bolter at the back was a nice touch .

I can just imagine this thing in a high speed chase, with someone firing that thing out the back .

I definitely like the brass myself.

I am in search for bretonian decals...lions or dragons in particular...

Turns out I am either too dense to find them myself or there bloody aren't any to get via my usual channels...

So is there someone out there willing to trade some of these with me?

I did some searching in the great abyss that is the bits basement and found some decals

I broke an arm lifting them all. But he didn't seem to mind , and nothing some glue cannot fix.

Unfortunately the only thing that comes close to lion/dragon rampant are space wolves

If they interest you let me know I haven't sent anything out lately and I feel my dakka karma is diminishing .

Men at arms box set contains one of these sheets:

hello mates... RL had me in a kinda bearhug... as mentioned earlier, birthday of my son this week, double funeral of my parents and then the double ER visit with my wife and my son...thankfully the day has so many hours to spend...

did that but on german ebay still nothing useful came up...but when I switched to the UK ebay there was success^^

that is helpful, that seller I found too... I am still thinking which decals would fit my needs... the lion, dragons... but as one man noodles here shows the white castle has a ton of class too...

be sure, there is no possible way that any dakka kharma can diminishing...stands to reason
I never knew that there was grail iconography in the space wolves ...that certainly sparked some interest... hmmm...maybe not for the current project... but I think this could look quite good on another tank maybe...and I do appreciate your will to risk life and to disturb all the dust while searching for these decals

the castle looks amazing wouldn´t you say?...
but what currently catches my eye is the amazingly good looking leather jacket of the captain...remarkable sculpting work again!

well mates... if you want to help me in my endeavors... you will have me in your debt... and I want you to use this... honestly... I am dazzled by the market prices of all fantasy decals... why on earth are these so spaced out priced???

anyways...for now I tried my hand with the decals I had...and well... see for yourself...to be honest... I am not that sold on my work yet...probably wont...

I had a decal collection some time ago. Can't find any of it now :( Never use them myself. There are ways to get your own decals printed though. You could look into that if all else fails.

The walker is great. Everything is coming along very well indeed.

So is knuspergold any good?

Real life is sometimes , but has some rewards now and then.

The Half-track looks spectacular, Love the colour and the brass now loking great.

The walkiers are awesome, totally inlove with squigbot. Just brilliant.

loving the grot walker, great idea with the whole punched plastic "waste" piece, I never thought of using it for a mesh material. Makes me cry a little when I think of how much I've thrown away. I could easily see you build an army of "grot tanks" to have a mini kan wall army for the grot rebellion.

I'm sorry to here about all the misfortune that has hit recently, but be assured were all behind you.

These grot walkers seem cool, sort of like one of them got chased down by a bunch of Squig then thought to make their own better squig to chase down the Orks.

Man Vik, you're really pumping out some great stuff. The Halftrack is fantastic, as is the chaos poop-spawner, now a NEW walker!

Sorry to hear about IRL troubles. They suck. I know.

thanks mate, my wife even mentioned me being in a building frenzy... I am really enjoying doing some totally different stuff for once...(actually three builds are in the oven)

well my parents had to go eventually... after a life full of booze it is no wonder that their clocks stopped working ...really it is a rather an experience of how not to do it... and I learned quite a lot of that lesson from both of them... it is these days all the fashion to have estranged families... for my own kids I wish it would have been different... but well... now we have the chance to make a difference for the next generation...

LOL... the knuspergold is a metal box I got from a flea market... I am thus not able to tell if so or not...but since it is a storck (brand) product I expect it is, as their stuff usually is ...
I know I could make my own decals... but then the paper is a bit pricey... and you would need to have designed a full sheet full of pics to use...which I currently never would be able to fill...
and thanks for the walker! it got a new CCW too... but more about that tomorrow!

the idea of a squiggbot is rather an old one of mine... and by far will this one here be the last one... I dream about a quite big unit of them^^...

well... I had no real contact to my parents for around ten years now...and the last real words were uttered in likewise hatred... so no real hurt here about their demise... we all went to the funerals to met old family members and re-established some family ties...who knows where this might lead to... and also because my son oskar is currently interested in death and all things connected with that theme... so watching a funeral was an education for him...
and the birthday was thankfully a rather fun event... pirate treasure hunt, many good games played...and full stomachs and cheerfulness all over...

as for the models...well... you never know how much fun greenhides have or building them can be if you never try it...

I never throw stuff away of it has a certain size to it... so the punched out "waste" always lands in the plastic bitz box...to be recycled one future day... some of this actually got used again in the toilets... there is some "flooring" in front of the thrones... like an anti- tread surface...*shudders*
also... tomorrow I will show you a grot tank I am currently working on... with your thinking you are totally on the current flow of things on my desk

I love the whole thing about the grot revolution... I need to get to be a better sculpter so I can customize all my grots I have... to have a really good and convincing grot revolutionary army...

thanks mate... as mentioned above even my wife recognized my current productive flow... the grot tank I am atm working on looks rather nice already... but no WIP pics for you now...I will present the finished model to you ...it even is half riveted... so no postponing here possible
