Cheers IceAngek it was fun I quite enjoyed it to be honest looking forward to part two which will hopefully be coming up soon.

So I have this week off from work which is a bit weird becuase I'm working from home a lot at the moment so instead of working on my laptop i'm sat in the same place painting models, so much more fun!

On Monday I cranked out another Awakened Wyldwood for the second part of my Troggoth Slayers campaign so now I have a forest!

Then yesterday I surprised myself and started on the Elder Scrolls Call to Arms models

I managed to get all of the undead finished in a day! So here we have the Draugr Overlord and his minions ready to slay some pesky heros!

Not bad going I've also started the Stormcloaks so hopefully you will be seeing them soon as well.

All going well so far in spite of this insane heat wave in the UK!

Today will be an assembling day!

Great job on the beetles, and excavating some Mierce backlog in general I've actually got quite a few beetle dudes to paint soon, have been wondering about finding a dark green / black color shift but dunno how much I love the effect, having not seen it in person.

Colour shift are excellent on bugs, I like the Martian green (shifts to purple), used it for Dreadball space beetles.

The beetles are great. The iridescence is a nice touch. The caster from the previous group shot is also a very cool mini.

Thanks, haha yeah I have a huge Mierce backlog as well!

They look so much better it person it really works from the two times I've used it, will be experimenting soon on more minis with different colours in the future,

Thanks Graven they do work really well on bugs, yeah the Martian green is nice as well, I might try it on some cars for Walkking Dead that I've ordered, see what it looks like with rust showing through!

Thanks I'm really happy with it. Yeah I totally agree I think the caster is my favourute model from the Elder SCrolls range so far!

Ok not much to report on this weekend I finished the Azyrite Ruined Chapel, I really like GW scenery
but it always makes me think I could send my time better off painting more models! I think it came out ok, more than happy.

Next on the table for me is another set of Azyrite ruins trying to make sure I have a lot of scenery ready before I start the Elder Scrolls delves.

Thats me over and out for now!, hope everyone is having a good hobby week

Just picked up my second edition rules for Frostgrave last week. I’m really excited. Also snagged a box of cultists cheap recently. I started to assemble them last week as well. Lovely kit, lots of variety with heads and stuff. I only wish they did NOT do the couple zombie arm/ heads and did more weapon options, otherwise great models.

Love the look of your warband. I have yet to decide which option for wizard to go with myself, so many varieties.

I have been away from the forums for quite some time so nice to see some familiar faces still pumping out good work.

Really like that Temple, stone looks impressive.

The Frostgrave warband is looking good, strikes me as very Celtish from the models. Apart from the bloke in full armour with the giant axe....

Cheers Theo I've not picked up the second edition yet, I'm pondering if to just run the solo campaign on the 1st Ed will save some cash as I've not ued it.

Cheers Boss S, haha I have so many Mierce models around and never used them for anything they are just sat in a box! So I thought this could be the perfect chance, I really love the sculpts.

Cheers Archer I've only just started to venture back into the hobby after a huge break, its good to see familiar faces!

I'm really liking how the warband is coming along more below.

So here we go the second part of the warband pool, this is the apprentice and his buddies. The poor blonde lass I fear wont survive very long she's already had three mishaps before seeing any action, I've managed to drop her three times while painting each time taking her head off! not a good omen!

And as a bonus I have painted these two as well my Paladin and Knight for the heard hitters, such nice models and again tehy are al from MIerce Miniatures.

Hope you like them, I've got the week off at the moment I was planning on painting more but I made the mistake of starting to watch season 1 of Batwoman, man that is class! I've got half way through so far!
