I am late to the party as always. But the tree men look fantastic. You have a really natural look going on. The guy in the right is probably my favourite treeman of all time.

I'm still alive

I've been working on the below whenever I get any spare time on the weekends over the last few weeks and finished it yesterday.

This is the cottage by Mini Monsters, its a very cool resin kit that was really easy to assemble and paint.

And for scale reference

I nearly finished another mini today so with any luck you should have something next weekend as well

Some lovely progress. The cottage looks amazing. Would be great for many, many games. Any plans to expand it into a small village?

Thanks for the feed back everyone I'm glad you like the cottage.

@Archer I had thought about picking up some of their other buildings and doing a small collection of buildings for skirmish games.

I have the temple as well just needs undercoating.

I managed to finish another mini

Thats two weekends in a row now, I'm quite shocked!

This is the Dragyri Fire Caste Phalanx model from the Dark Age game. I made a new shield for her out of water effects as the one that came with the mini was less than impressive and a horrible brown colour.

The Dragyri Fire Caste models are quite tall, I'll post a size comparison when I finish the next one if I remember

Yeah really dig that shield. The technique would look great for weapons on Ogre Kingdoms Yhetees.

Cheers Archer, I've seen it done in clear resin before which looks lots better but I didnt want to try handling that so went with what I had.

Cheers Cam, I have another made up for one of the other models as well who is waiting to be primed

If you've problems in the UK getting them, then I'm utterly shafted out here in SK!!! Presume I can just order them direct from CMON but american p&p costs......brutal :/

They are supposed to be sorting out a new distributor in the UK so things might be ok soon.

I avoid ordering anything from the US as well, postage and then tax/handling fees etc is just madness!

It's totally off the chart. I get and search for Inq 54 stuff on eBay regularly. Can't go near any of the American sellers as the p&p is ridiculous and usually more than the worth of the fig. Annoying as hell

This looks amazing! Did you base the colour scheme from Final Fantasy 6 by any chance? :-) I'm gonna have to track down one of these building for myself.

Bye bye Dakkadakka, happy hobbying! I really enjoyed my time on here. Opinions were always my own :-)

I get my stuff off them via ebay

I'm going to be painting up an MDF shortly in those colours (inspired by FF6) so it came to mind

Thanks for the link. Those buildings are very reasonably priced!
