Hey thank you all! The bullets are from a company called armor cast. The flames on the shoulders is done on the purifiers. The bases are dragon forge bases. I have seen this figure (and it's army) in person and they look simply amazing. Very nicely done.

I thought they were called GREY knights for a reason. Hmmm but oh well... things change. Nice paintjob on all of the peices.

Thank you! I am keeping up the thread as a blog instead of as a finished work. That thread is where I have pictures of my tanks for this army. I didnt see the point of posting everything twice. I am going to put some new pics up today or tomorrow in that linked thread of the models from here, but new pics.

I am not sure about the bullets, or more specificly the explosions. They are slightly to big, and it realywould look weird witha gattling psycannon firing on full auto. Any way, great/awsome/epic models and especialy the bases. This is freaking awsome/epic/great. Subscribed! +1 for the name. And as said nice models

Lol yeah no kidding I never figured out the grey part either....apparently =)

The originals were often painted with lots of gold, as I recall. When GW brought out the original figure based on the original Terminator Librarian. Later they brought out the other two Terminators.

Can't find my old RoC books (packed away for moving) which is a shame. I wanted to re-read their original fluff and description. It would have had something about the colour of their armour.

All i have to say is that is amazing,that alternate paint scheme definitely suits your grey knights , but i gotta ask how in the world did you pull of the rocket on the dread knight??

The rocket came from armorcast....its pewter. I just painted it an glued lol. I wish I had made it. Also thank you very much

This is the GK HQ, I did this model in a sky to earth nmm, and keep the ivory look to it (thats why its not blue brown an greens) This model was a lot of fun to paint, but honestly I think my efforts were wasted because no one, and I mean no one noticed the difference at the tournament lol. One day though when it gets to be a close call I might get the nudge from it.. I can hope right lol.

i love the colours.. i just dont like the logo of superman you know the big S.. sorry :\ i just think its to cheasy

Yeah it's not for everyone. I wanted to combine my fav game with my fav hero. The fluff is in the first post - don't worry it's short. Also I need to go back and fix the tanks painted lights as I am not happy with. To be honest I have thought about just getting some reg tanks to go with this army. I have been messing with my space wolves so it's been an after thought. I also love the bone ivory colors. I tried to paint the guys in a non traditional style as well. I like how they turned out, but it gets rarely noticed when people look at the army.

From the thread title I was expecting a big red/blue pile of cack, but the effect is very subtle and loved the ceramic armour look on the dreadknight.

Thought the gold swirls on the shoulder plates were not as good as the rest of the model, but easily corrected.

Hard for me not to like this army considering I'm a big DC fan. Would be great to see a dreadknight painted up like lex luthor Maybe not fot your army though. Good work!
