I've just tried the site too via IE9/Chrome/FF on my PC and it's fine for me too
I bet some ISP has decided it's a spammer domain and blocked it

I run Firefox and checked Opera and Chrome as well (don't know that explorer browser ).
But http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com tells me, it's just me. Weird.
Seems your whole website and all http://www.instantecom.net/ is blocked.

As I said I suspect your ISP has flagged up Paulson as a spammer domain
(probably another person using the same host has been spamming)
you'll need to chase your ISP to get it fixed (I had the same issue a while back with the impact miniatures webstore for just that reason)

I love that you went with the back swept barrel cover.
Your parts here may very well influence me to pick up Tau when they finally get a revamp.
I also love that you actually ask for and then listen to feedback you receive. Quite refreshing from other companies who just do wtf ever they want regardless of feedback or input.

A set of alternate heads are just about done, once the antenna are finished I should have them headed out to the printers this week.
Slightly shorter in length than the current heads and a visor instread of a single optic.

As a curiosity, what is your reasoning behind the right two heads? They're missing an obvious and iconic camera/eye. You say 'visor', but is the expectation/intent for the flat area to be painted as if it were glass?
Looks great regardless. Quality is obviously there, I just can't wrap my head around the concept.

Yes the idea for the flat surface is that it would be painted to resemble glass. Sort of like a motorcycle helmet , much of the inspiration behind the heads comes from the Patlabor series.

Absolutely love the visor style heads. If I wasn't already sculpting my own GitS style heads I would be all over those.
Also, its been over a month since I last asked so you know this is coming. Still planning/working on doing some arms/hands made to hold your rifles? You can count on six sets and six rifles from me the moment you put such a thing up in the store!

Here's something I currently have in progress that might help answer that, and wot not.

They're coming, it's been slow as I'm juggling a lot of plates right now.

Why does Shockwave have implants? terrible proportions.
I'd like to voice my request for spartan 28mm fantasy heads yet again!!! preferably without facial hair visible.

I haven't *yet*, but he's always been my favorite transformer. Maybe it's because I could relate to him being all alone on cybertron and having no real friends but deals with a couple demanding jerks who only call him when they need something back on earth. lol Stuff like that would make any sensible robot want to turn into a gun and start shooting stuff.
That is also by far my favorite version of him, giant purple pecs and all.
Expect to see someing that'd fit that bill in the near future.

I've never seen that shockwave render, it is sweet! I love heads like that (i.e. just one eye, like the Necron deathmarks).

I'd love to see some resin add on parts to enhance the old XV-8 design, such as shoulder pads, knee pads shin guards and so forth. That would rock!

Oh man, I was sure it was Robotech. I even have the theme song stuck in my head now.
How would these heads fit on, say, a Reaper CAV model?

Can't decide if the WFC/ FOC version is or if his Prime version is. They're the same Shockwave, so guess it doesn't matter. Hearts of Steel Shockie is a close second. Also, to be fair, Shockie's ALWAYS had those pecs.
