This is the best CMC episode. It was obvious that Babs Seed was a bit sensitive about her lack of a cutey mark from the start, and I misheard her name up until the song, but other than that, I liked it. It was a really good bullying episode. The song is friggin ear crack and, it showed that taking payback into your own hands isn't the best way to deal with a bully. Had they talked to AJ at the start, the whole thing would have been solved before the first commercial.

So far, this is my favorite episode of the Season.

I have to say, while I still enjoyed this episode for the first time since I started watching it really did seem like a cartoon geared towards kids :/ it was only this episode mind, but still I think this may have been the token advice for life episode

My friend (a semi-brony) has now actually got me to like mlp.
I still have to watch an episode though... Which doesn't help the fact that I'm writing a goddamn story...

My problem with the elisode is that Babs gets to be a complete female dog nearly the entire episode and gets off scot free with no repercussions while the CMCs learn that standing up for yourself is bad and you should just talk to an adult to fix all your problems for you.

The scene where babs drinks the soda, well it kicks and screams. Crazy funny, crazy disturbing.

Well the CMC didn't really stand up for themselves, they sunk down to Babs' level with a Rube Goldberg inspired plan to get back at her. Booby trapping a Parade Float and standing up to a bully and telling them No, or whatever is appropriate to the Situation are on opposite sides of the Spectrum. It would have been nice if they stood up to her, but they made it obvious in the song that they weren't going to, and if you aren't going to stand up for yourself, it's best to contact an adult.

The last time I posted on this thread I believe it was in a slightly condescending tone to show my mild distaste at the fact there are forums for mlp in itself. Ergo, we really did not need a thread for this kind of thing.

My opinion still stands, but I still have to admit I am now semi-brony.

Hopefully that will be a later episode, but Diamond Tiara and Silverspoon, Mostly Diamond Tiara, are the CMC Antagonist. She turns to the light, that'll be the last CMC episode until they get their cutey marks.

I am just saying if there's a forum for it elsewhere, go there. I normally do; I don't try to ask around a single forum for like-minded people: I go to a forum that is entirely based on that concept. MLP has, what, 3 or 4 forums all to itself that all have massive amounts of members? If you want like-minded people, you may as well go and look for them. I moved country to look for like-minded people, and had a good amount of success with it.

But don't let this spoil this thread. If you want it running, fine by me.

I think the reason we frequent this one is that it's a sub-forum. Kinda like one of the oval bits on a Venn Diagram, the people who come here are those who have an interest in both MLP:FiM and Tabletop Wargaming, giving more coinciding points of interest for all the topics we discuss. For example, the Pony Mare-ines miniatures that people make, or the artwork of crossovers. We know the people here aren't going to be discussing MLP/Cooking Mama crossovers, and don't mind a little Grimdark in their Saccharine world.

It's like how the Spacebattles forums have sort of evolved into one of the places to find long-form fiction, despite it being a forum first, instead of a blog or repository.

I see your point. But my opinion remains. However, it's just an opinion, and nothing to get riled up over.

Anyway, could anyone give me a tad bit of feedback on this? I know it's amateurish, but really my first actual attempt at making something more than 10,000 words long.
