Ouch. I've been trying to practice Suiza. That feeling when you have to get up, and the front of your ankle just feels like jelly... I always laugh a little

Practice makes perfect though. When you get used to it, it's a pretty comfortable way to sit, or to add into your stretching regimen.

The thing that really separates anime for the westian animation is the stories. I think that the reason that avatar did so well is because it had something that very few westian shows have and that is a story. Almost everything is very VERY episodic. From family guy to the loony toons. To get a story you have to look for shows like the living dead and game of thrones and that's one of the reasons that I think they are so popular too. Westerners are staved of continuing plots.

I'll agree with that completely. Seems the average kid's show these days is all... randomness.

Yeah, the main character could "die" at the end of the episode, but the very next they're there and perfectly fine. I guess the good point of it is if they have a short attention span, easy to follow...

I've also finished Jinrui, now to wait for the second season like everyone else.

An Oni is basicly just an Ogre.

Ma = Devil

Mazoku = Devil Race
Maō = Devil King

Where Ace's blood apparently turned into little red pearls when he was punched thru by the Admiral. Not sure if that has a meaning I don't grasp or if it's something that will come up/be explained later.

Also, never stopped to consider that D might stand for something or what it might stand for. Does the Japanese word for Devil start with a D though or how would that work with the translation?

His blood didn't turn to beads, that was his necklace.

And as for the D thing, you have to consider how many English, Spanish and other foreign words he uses elsewhere in the series. Hell, the main character has two English words in his name that we know of.

There were no bras in 16th century Japan and Nobuna's dream of a european wedding was really 20th century based

It's tough to make a period correct interpretation though, so I'll overlook those things, haha. They did pretty good with leaving foreign words out of language in favor of the true Japanese words, which have fallen out of use.

Everyone likes monkey because he cares a lot about Nobuna, and they're all sworn to protect her, so I guess it's a loyalty thing?

Another harem that tries to find an excuse for putting the characters in interesting situations. At least the plot is good, even if mains harem bait. Its justified though, since he is effectively has god powers.

Watched an episode of Campione, but I didn't really like it. I see the Harem part, but that isn't what I didn't like... Just felt kind of Shounen or something. Too much action and slow mo' sillyness.

If you watch the first episode it's kind of bad, but if you get further in it gets better. Especially the episode where Godou meets liliana

. But its not super great, just a recommendation from a friend
