I didn't know what to think of Nonon, but after this episode....... (Naked, sexy, and sassy. Just how I like my women). Anyone else notice how Mrs. Mankanshoku didn't stop staring in awe at Mikisugi's crotch the entire time she was near him. And the Mako/Gamagori ship is still going strong. The molestation really should stop though; that is just entirely unnecessary and tacked on. Otherwise great episode (Ryuko one shot kills in rage, yes).

It was very kind of her to provide comic relief while Mako was away. It was suble but very funny, she couldn't take her eyes off his shining penis
In a way, besides the one in the bath I don't think the molestation is entirely tacked on. It shows how she completely dominates Satsuki: First in the battle, she had enough confidence and power to do it mid-battle and kick the crap outta her, now she has Satsuki caged and chained and under her complete control (or so she thinks). Not only that, people dislike it and it seems they start disliking Ragyo even more; If Trigger wanted people to hate the villain, mission successful

Badass: Able to go toe to toe with Ryuko, and is a credible enough threat to make Nui back down when necessary. Badass Back: One of the few female characters who can successfully pull this off very well. Badass Baritone: Her voice is noticeably very prominent, especially when she's exercising her authority. Badass In Charge: The absolute ruler of Honnouji Academy. Badass Normal: Is able to put Ryuko (wearing Senketsu) in a pinch without a Goku Uniform or her Kamui. Empowered Badass Normal: Her sword Bakuzan is still a threat to Senketsu even without her having to wear her Kamui. Badass in Distress

Shiroe ignoring that woman didn't make any sense. It was too much of a coincidence for him to dismiss it like that, she said bit by bit what happened to Rudy and I really would like to know more about whoever knows the truth.
A new world changing spell together with a Demon Festival event and they are planning an autumn festival?! Seriously?! I wouldn't mind this direction one bit if I didn't know THERE'S A FREAKING DEMON FESTIVAL IN THE WEST!

Besides that the episode was pretty interesting. But ya I agree Shiroe acted a little naive, out of character even, when that mysterious lady repeated word for word what happened to Rudy. Also the "air glasses" at the end was pretty hilarious.

I'm way behind on shows now. I'm out of date on Nobunagun, the Fool, Kill la Kill and Space Dandy. I think I'm just going to wait until they're all done and then watch them in one go because I suck right now.
It's ok. I like how they developed Rock's character and Revy's backstory a bit, but I didn't like how OP they made Roberta. I mean, the psycho can fire a combi- .50 rifle / nade launcher single handed, and decapitate people by kicking them 0_o
Also, when is Lotten going to do something?! I want to see him in action. Stop teasing me!

we don't need to, her character is a small child. People are essentially their characters in this world. Even if that weren't true, going on to something like second life and becoming a pedophile is disturbing, no matter how old the people role playing the children are.
Like I said- it's METAL. Kinda refreshing considering that, as an Anime, it could easily have been made more...
You know how Anime has that sorta bland-yet-inspiring Hero theme stuff? The big swelling classical music and soaring Oriental instrumentals, with some faux-latin chanting thrown in for the 'mysterious' stuff?
Or the high-tech shows go for pure electronica?

Lotton is surprisingly the smart one, despite his posturing. Note that unlike a lot of other people, when fighting Revy he wore body armor. However, he mostly does stand around looking cool in the manga too.

Oh, I gathered that. He does fool around a lot with that hero nonsense, but he can't be a complete idiot, otherwise he'd be dead a long time ago. In fact, he'd have to be either very lucky or smart enough to avoid death (like Rincewind from Discworld).
I just want to see him actually fight. There are 2 possibilities - he's either absolutely terrible, or he's as good as Revy when it comes to gunslinging. Then again, I haven't read the mangas, so he might have seen some action there.

It would be interesting. His choice in weapons and body armor suggest that he likes to out-range his opponents, the 7.63 Mauser generally having superior range and penetration to Revy's 9mms. The Schnellfeuer version he uses has a fire select. So He definitely seems to have options in a fight.
