Can someone change the thread title - every time I see it I kick myself for forgetting to put an order in!

Yes, they are on the table to be expanded and go full resin, could be a few months.

I am still very interested in your female Tannenburg Fusiliers sets. Are they still in the works? Will you have sets of empty arms for them? I have money and will spend if available!

Since you do female faces in a realistic way, I would like to request a set of female heads without helmets. That way I can at least sprinkle in a few ladies in the force.

Universal long sleeve arms on the way, I finished sculpting them for the girls yesterday.
Also Dress torsos for female Tannenburgers done, legs already at the casters.
Bare female heads on the workbench.

I am very happy to reveal the Limited Edition Miniature for Adepticon 2015. This will be for sale at Adepticon in Chicago, but thanks to a special arrangement 100 resin casts have been made available for collectors unable to attend. This 100 will only be available from the Victoria Miniatures online store. They will go on sale at 4pm CT USA Thursday 5th Feb. (Thats 10pm Thursday in London, 8.30am Friday in South Australia) They will ship after Adepticon in March/May 2015.
I will send a reminder email to the mailing list when the sale begins.

That is an absolutely superb model.

Vic, have you considered doing your own character series of sorts for each of your "regiments" ala Captain Caine? I've always found Guard armies need some "personality" with key models, Commanders and the like, and while your kits are wonderfully kitbash friendly (Caine and a kitbashed Death Korps commander alternate in that duty in my own collection), a few select pieces might do well, perhaps something suitable for Commissars as well, depending on demand.

Not that you really need yet more ideas, I imagine!

I agree with the good Major. A character for each of the regiments would be awesome. And some sort of generic yet customisable command squad.

I was waiting on the beastman resin release looks like I will have to place an order for the other bits first then, I like the idea of special character models each regiment getting a hero would be kind of cool.

I will be furiously mashing F5 around the time it goes up to ensure I get one.

My Tannenburg needs this model!

*Edit* Forgot to ask, will the Tannenburg squad/line be getting the same treatment as say the Arcadian with the universal weapon options?

I really like the Adepticon figure. It would go beautifully with my Guard collection. But as I only have a work computer I really don't fancy staying in the office until 10 this evening to make the order

I have no doubt that each regiment of Vic's will, in turn, get a male and female officer. I also have no doubt that they will be of the same standard as the Adepticon models.

You mean stretching out the releases, never releasing the whole miniature, just releasing bits at a time, pointless bitz, limited edition bitz, con-only bitz and generally taking longer to release the whole mini than was originally intended?
