I am very interested to know how you will secure the paint and the overall armor to be able to be worn by your customer...foam is very brittle and I bet you have a clever plan!

Very thin coats of acrylic paint (it has some stretch to it) on top of a primer paint.

I've been sealing the whole thing with a water resistant film (mod Podge) If it needs further sealing I will be adding resin to the areas that do not need to flex.

Those bases are great Galorn! I especially like the curbstone and the grate..what did you use for the grate?

Glad you reported, forgot the frosty mugs are only half painted they got tucked away during the last cleanup, and I forgot to bring them out. I'll post pics later when they are more done.
