At least yours has arrived...

As a pre-emptive measure I should probably ask: Whom do we contact in the case of missing components/items?

Kickstarter@cmon.com

Please keep in mind that they've already stated that, due to shipping, they're around 4 business days behind on the responses.

Just FYI, I'm an entire package down (same boat as azazelx - I only got the base games and nothing else), and CMON have been ignoring my messages on KS for 2 weeks now.

Tried contacting Guillotine Games themselves through facebook yesterday, and I'm hoping I'll have a little more luck there.

Again; they're not ignoring you. But it guess you can't fix willful ignorance.

Wow, ouch. Bit strong, there cincy.

I've not been one of the voices against CMON here - 2 weeks is a little longer than the 4 days advertised, so I was just warning HBMC that the delay may be a little longer than expected when he gets in touch.

And on the plus side, got a UPS tracking no today, so looks like they may have sorted it! Will let you know when it arrives

Got my tracking info for (hopefully) the missing wave 1.5 stuff today as well. I know a couple other UK people who also got the tracking emails today so it looks like they were sorting them out en masse.

I received both an additional box, and on the following day, a response from CMON.

The additonal box had almost everything that was missing, except for my copy of Season 1. Also, no packing slip again.

The email reply was as follows:

I do apologize for the delay in response. You will be receiving an additional box if you have not received already, I was only able to upload one tracking number. Your second box will contain all items that were listed in your email. You can track this package via USPS: (correct tracking number for box #2)

I was also informed that my ticket had been closed, so now I've had to respond again, asking for my S1 box, which hasn't been supplied. Though CMON seem to think it has...

Note to pick something up from the post office arrived today! Dutifully I went up to Westfield and collected it and...

... not Zombicide.

*sigh*

[EDIT]: Well that's nice. Just got an E-mail from Wayland talking up the new Zombicide releases. It's like they're trying to taunt me.

Well, my wave 1.5 stuff finally showed up. No shipping manifest for it but nothing is missing from what I was expecting to get. Think I'll have to prioritise the zombie dogs in my painting schedule as a nasty surprise for the next game I run. Triple activation? Ouch.

Ok, everything arrived (from Phase 1). I have an extra box of Angry Zombies. I can't figure out why I ordered them.

1/ Because you can never have enough Zombies!

2/ It saves players having a nasty shock when you run out and every other zombie of the same type gets an extra activation.

From memory, you overpledged and needed to figure out what to do with the extra money.

Looking back over my posts in this thread, yes, I did over pledge. But why the Angry Zombies? I just can't figure that out.

Perhaps you were going to catapult them at zombie pigs?

How are the Angry Zombies different to other Zombies?

I mean is it a different set of add-on figures?

nm. answered my own question:

Angry Zombies- Berserker sculpts from Prison Outbreak
15 Berserker Walkers (5 are mix of 2 BOZ only sculpts)
6 Berserker Runners
3 Berserker Fatties (2 of one BOZ only sculpt)
6 Zombie spawn cards
"BOZ only" stands for sculpts of models normally only available in that Box of Zombies, i.e. they are not replicated in the base game. Note, at Inmate and above pledges, you will already receive copies of these sculpts free from our unlocked stretch goals.

I believe he's talking about the Beserker zombies from Prison Outbreak. I could be wrong, of course.

Ok, so I got:

Brad
Ralf
Thaissa
Aunt Rose
Kirk
Adriana
Rick
Lea
Dakota

The order form says that Helen, Ross, Will and Fred ship in the next batch. The picture says that Mack, Chuck, Smith and Mike ship later as well.

So what happened to Gary and Achille?

They are part of the set label Prsion Outbreak pack B on the wave 2 shipping pdf in the same way that some of the orginal stretch goal survivors are part of Prison Outbreak pack A aren't listed separately on the pdf.

Welp. A week passed and no response to my lack of S1 box. Cincy - you said they were about 3-4 days behind due to shipping - isn't shipping supposed to be done by now?

Another week, still nothing.

Looks like CMON has their heads well and truly in the sand on this one. And from the comments, I'm far from alone on this gigantic clusterfeth of a fulfilment.

As I predicted, since they don't have another Kickstarter to pimp right now, they've gone completely dark.

Alright, so what we do is construct a large wooden rabbit and leave it outside CMON. Once they've taken it inside their gates, Galahad, Lancelot, You and I leap out of the rabbit, taking them completely by surprise.

Looks like 2 new Game Night boxes are in the works:

I see Thiago as not-Austin Powers, but I'm not sure who Bill is a reference to. I need to get down to my FLGS and start demoing Zombicide...

After some assistance from a Dakka member, I finally got my missing box moving - it shipped last Monday US time, so I'll hopefully have it for the New Year. I have no illusions that I'd still be waiting if not for the assistance.

Bill is Ian McShane as Al Swearengen from Deadwood:

Not sure about these Gaming Night kits - they seem pretty much like they're perfect for just being broken up for eBay. Which is of course, what's happening... They should make the characters generally available at retail as well, really.

Good to hear about your stuff finally shipping. Talk about some serious patience and persistence on your end.

Never seen Deadwood, hence why I missed the reference. Worth a watch?
