Also, this one by Zeiperer is only partly true (or vague). Base is wrong and doesn't build anything that could resemble a Manticore - it just builds the two options.

There is no sea creature or like GIANT kit! Dark Elves getting a hybrid kit....it is a plastic monster kit which can build a Hydra "supposedly the biggest monster there" or what is called a Warbeast of Karond Kar, don't quote me on the name....its what i'd call it.... PARTIALLY TRUE
basically a monster and handler unit, with basic states, players can then pay points for upgrades, ie like +2 attacks, regen and etc...and therefore build if you want like a chimera or like basalisk or something in between, "yes something like acid blood upgrade"....no turn to stone upgrade but....think basalisk has something like that going by memory at the moment.... PENDING

1) 2 new monsters (or monstrous units?) not 1. One monster from Karond Kar (Is this the Kraken? Does it fly? - I don't know) and the other may be from Har Ganeth FALSE (only 1 new monster and not from either of these places)
2) Temple of Khaine artifacts remain - Don't know whether there are new poisons or not VAGUE
3) Maybe a new unit from Har Ganeth or a modification for Executioners? FALSE
4) Improved Assassins - could be a Save or improved Hidden rules. FALSE
5) I think rumours of City Guard, Slaves etc are probably hopeful speculation. Dark Magic and Black Horror will probably remain as do all the present units but following latest trends there are bound to be new units. SPECULATION

The weapons are almost interchangeable without any work done no matter what torso you use for the body yes even if 2 handed. INCOMPREHENSIBLE

My speculation is there will be no new manticore as chaos already received a new plastic one during storm of chaos. SPECULATION

Lastly regarding Cauldron of Blood. It is a hybrid kit with old witch Elf element for 1 build. While the new variation is like Empire War Altar. VAGUE
It has a special aura similar to EOTG called ??? blades that is like a whirl wind of magic blades that damage surrounding enemies emitted by khain's hatred. FALSE

I've heard some whispers from my friend that De will get something like a Medusa kit and that the signature spell or dark magic lore attribute boosts strength. Also getting a 100 point item (executioner axe) in line with other books like OnG and LM. My friend got his info from some Chinese website. He refused to tell me more cos of gw threatening to delay Asia's releases. Take with a pinch of salt.

I've posted few rule tidbits but apparently no one's interested. Kraken has 4 s7 attacks and if all hit, additional d6 s7 attacks. Scourgerunner has s7 bolt thrower with no armor saves (fluff - they use this to hunt monsters). Signature spell boosts strength by 1 and adds d3 power dice. And someone mentioned army wide ASF.

I've heard some rumours about the witch elf alternative unit. Apparently they will have lashes with a shield and have a 4+ ward save in combat unless against mark of slaneesh units. WS5 2A and additional +1 to hit if WS is higher than enemy in base contact. The alternate hydra - beast of karond kar has 4 S7 attacks and additonal D6 S7 attacks if all the attacks hit.

Some more rule rumours
Warlocks are a casting unit Ala pink horrors. Spells are leadership hex and 2d6 s5 MM. Fixed level 2 with +1 to cast with every rank. Apparently they have 4+ ward.
New type of witch hag char which has an item to give +1 attack to unit and +2 if the unit has frenzy.
Lore attribute is target takes 2d6 s1 AP hits if roll doubles while casting and 3d6 if triples are rolled.

Take the rumours with a pinch of salt. They are what they are - rumours not facts. There's another one about the altar - 5+ ward and reroll to wound to all Khaine units within 6 inches and it has a bound spell similar to the witch hag item. Black horror is template remove models if strength test fails. No armor saves but ward saves are allowed.

I try to bump it even couple days to keep it from getting too buried.

I dunno, this one seems like it would be an exception to that rule. It's so handy, I see it linked in other forums on occasion.

Both books include missions and background sections, but fluff is not too important contrary to codex supplements. Treat them as Planetstrike, Spearhead and similar sets of rules we've seen in the past.

So not too many FW resin superheavies, but some obviously will have to appear in the book.
I doubt that things such as Eldar titans will be made in plastic.
