Yeah it's nice that they're selling well but I feel a bit daft having to put in a restock order so soon. It just very difficult to gauge how things will sell and I'd already spent a lot getting the figures to production so didn't want to spend money on unnecessary stock that could have hung around for a while.

I've made sure it's clear in the product listing that there will be a delay, and hopefully it won't be too long.

I hope other sellers take not of your message here and the product listing update. THAT is good customer service... and regardless of the circumstances, nothing to be embarrased about.

I suspect the head sprues are the major booster, having one means you can justify 4 more resistance fighters, having 2 different sets means another 8 are quite a sensible purchace as they can all be unique (in the way we delude ourselves buying new shinies)

That's the evil mastermind plan- Mwahahaha!

I'm proud of how the range is turning out; the officers and extra heads have really added more variety as you say. And there's more to come, too!

Got my order of head sprues, Comissar Venko and the Cell Officers through the door this morning and very nice they are too

(thanks for the nice quick posting Andrew)

The 2 pony tails on the 'cracking hairdos' head sprue are actually separate pieces so by leaving them off (and green stuffing the attatchment points) you can add a further degree of difference.

I really like the ribbed sweater on one of the cell officers... if my freehand skills were better I could go for a paint job like Sarah Lund's famout jumpers in 'The Killing'

Oh God. Now I'm trying hard to justify NOT buying these miniatures. Like, all of them. I just don't have a system to play them in since I also want my miniatures to hit the table for an excuse to show them off.

If I play them in infinity, what troops will they represent? I was thinking using them as Impersonation tokens and color and use appropriate heads on each of the different factions for them. They could certainly fit the Ariadna aesthetic well, and the berets will help them look like Fusiliers.

Hey Andrew, got my order just now, looking good, only a slight goof, I got the cracking hairdo sprue instead of the beret head sprue I ordered.

That's the correct part in the post to you now, BrookM. Sorry again about that. I packed a lot of orders that day, I guess I should have had another coffee!

Anyway, the restock for Resistance Fighters arrived yesterday, so you can order again safe in the knowledge they will be sent out to you ASAP. There are still 10 days left to pick up the Resistance Cell Special Offer!

Wow... I hardly ever check this thread, now I'm so glad I did. Those are incredible!

I have really been wanting some decently clad (and well sculpted!) female guard. I am waiting on the Black Widows from Dreamforge's kickstarter, but these are extremely tempting.

Absolutely fantastic release and I will be following this thread from now on!

Statuesque Miniatures is pleased to announce the release of Eva of the Resistance, a hero of the struggle against oppression armed with a deadly RPG launcher! Measuring approximately 32mm unposed, Eva joins our Resistance Fighter range, all featuring interchangeable heads for more variety.

Until March 31st Eva of the Resistance is priced at the special launch price of £4.50. Purchase two Evas for £4.25 each ; three or more for only £4 each!

Also until March 31st, every order of SM010 Female Resistance Fighters will recieve a free SMA003 Weapons 1 sprue and every order of SM014 Resistance Cell Officers will recieve a free SMA009 Officers Weapon sprue!

Please note, due to changes in the Royal Mail pricing structure coming on the 2nd of April, I will have to alter our Postage and Packaging prices to coincide with this. I've yet to decide on the future P&P policy but if you want to take advantage of our current flat-rate postage of £2.50 to the UK, £3.00 to Europe and £3.50 to the rest of the world, now is the time to order!

Finally, the Statuesque Miniatures Facebook page recently passed 500 Likes! While 1000 Likes might seem like a long way off, at the current rate we should reach that target soon, triggering the Statuesque Miniatures Social Media Extravaganza Prize Draw! Regardless, the Statuesque Miniatures Facebook page, along with the Statuesque Miniatures Twitter account and my Khorosho Production blog, is a great way to get the latest news and information on what's happening in Statuesque Towers.

Regards,

Andrew Rae

Not for Eva, though it wouldn't be too tricky to use the Cell Officer weapon arms and a bit of putty work. You'd either need to use putty to build the top of her coat sleeve above the armband, or chop up her RPG arm. Similarly, with some minor conversion work the Officers could be armed with her RPG.

Sweet! And, good news on another front, we've found an apartment and will be moving this week, so I should be able to place my order before the post deadline!

BrookM, any chance you could post up pics of yours / maybe next to any other common minis?

Here's the link again to the comparison photos on my blog if that helps, it always comes up! Eva's not there but then she's crouching anyway: http://www.khorosho-productions.blogspot.co.uk/p/comparison-photos.html

Edit: Someone posted photos with a Dreamforge trooper so I'll try and find the link for that too.
