If folks want to PM me a link of their chapter, craftworld, dynasty symbol ect with the name of the army; Ill take that picture and make a custom banner for those folks. I barely got down with the A's for the Space Marines and realized that would be an undertaking of massive proportions.

I have to wonder how many of the fleet assets are people actually playing bfg and how much is just background fluff for their army. On the plus side i see the WAAAAAFleet is growing .

That said, Necrons are going to win any actual BFG engagements. They are silly powerful in BFG..

That is the common misconception about them, theyre really not so bad when playing for vp (as in a campaign) just remember your playing to drive them off not table them. The cheapest capitol ship they have gives up the same victory points as some battleships when destroyed.

I've played Necrons in BFG. I've won against them perhaps a dozen times, and each one was a very bloody affair. The other races are far easier to beat.

We've got a few hundred people so far, which should help reduce the effects of a few people doing this. Also, a limit on how frequently you can post, and a requirement to post up a certain amount of detail for each battle will hopefully help to knock the frequency of this behaviour down. We are tossing up having a bonus for battle reports involving much more detail (and therefore more likely to be real) as opposed to those meeting the bare minimum as well.

For example, you can't submit 'My Blood Angels won 8 VPs to 3' every 3 hours and expect that to count. At all. It'll be explained in the player brief, but there is a bare minimum required for result responses.

Does that help assuage your worries a bit?

There isn't much you can do, but as there is nothing to be gained by such behaviour other than faction bragging rights. I would hope the number of such falsely reported results would be too low to alter the end result.

The 'Other' forces have their own goals which align with neither Order nor Disorder's goals. The tyranids want to nom (amongst other things), the Tau intend to act as a spoiler for the region in a way, and the necrons, well, you'll see...

Copy and paste the entire line starting with the left bracket and ending with the right bracket into your signature option in your profile. The beginning and end of the line should be the url parts.
