Which ones had them? And I don't mean the Leman/Lion, Fulgrim/Ferrus friendly kind, I mean real rivalries where the two hated each other over it.

Perturabo vs. Dorn is the biggest one

Russ vs. Lion El'Jonson is still referenced

Russ vs. Magnus is something that developed from the Heresy, though it is more the hatred between the Thousand Sons and Space Wolves

Lorgar vs. Guilliman gradually developed during the Heresy, culminating in the Battle of Calth

Dorn and Guilliman had a light and bit friendlier rivalry, both being the Emperor's right-hand and so on.

Unhealthy Competition With Other Legions

The rivalry between Horus and Sanguinius has recently been expanded upon in the latest HH book.

The corrupted Horus saw Sanguinius as a potential threat to his status as Warmaster, and feared what might happen, should Ka'Bandha’s attempt at converting the angel prove successful.

Minor spoiler: Horus never intended for Sanguinius to survive the ambush at Signus Prime. Shocker!!!

Oh, I don't know... them two deciding to re-enact a 40K equivilant to the Cuban Missile Crisis at the end of the HH isn't what I'd call "light and friendly"...

Well yeah it got a bit worse there. But still a bit better then the vicious hate Magnus/Russ and Perturabo/Dorn turned into.

I can see why Guilliman got on so many guys bad sides though

Alpharius/Gulliman and Lion/Russ are the ones I remember popping up a lot; I can't see Magnus and Angron or Gulliman and Cuze getting along well, but I don't know that there's any canon evidence there.

Angron was just aggravating. He had too much hate to be a competent commander. Should have just been left as the Emperor's duelist or something

I could actually see Guilliman and Magnus getting along well - they both value knowledge, and strive for the betterment of humanity.

Apharius, Lorgar, and Dorn all disliked Guilliman. Guilliman was viewed as somewhat of a pompous ass by a lot of his brothers, even if they didn't have outright hostility towards him. It's also worthy of note that a lot of the Primarchs viewed Alpharius in a poor light. Mostly because of his methods of war and how secretive he and his Legion was.

Angron actually had at least passing respect for Horus.

True enough. In Aurelian, ADB describes the two of them having a wee chat...

Spoiler:
"In the clash of irritation and amusement that coloured most of their discussions, Perturabo and Angron trudged from the war room; one speaking, the other listening."

This implies both that they have at least semi-regular contact, and that they get one well enough. Also, if I remember correctly, in one of the HH short stories, Khârn describes fighting alongside Perturabo, and Angron gets all into it, admiring Pert's awesome siegecraft. There's definitely respect there.

ADB: I showed the Wolves revealing the key weakness at the heart of the World Eaters; showing Angron that his Legion was broken and worthless compared to the others; that he was the one primarch who couldn't trust his own warriors, and that they didn't care if he lived or died; showing that loyalty to brothers and sons is the heart of success for the Legiones Astartes, to the point even Lorgar makes a big deal out of saying the World Eaters and their primarch were massively outclassed by Russ, and Angron was too stupid to see the lesson Russ had sacrificed time, sweat, and blood, to teach. We're talking about a battle the Wolves won, by isolating the enemy general through pack tactics, and threatening to kill him, without a hope of defending himself. It was a balance, 50/50 - Angron overpowered Russ, and the Wolves were losing ground to the World Eaters; but Russ and his warriors had Angron by the balls, and barely broke a sweat. They won, no question. Lorgar even says: "The Wolves won, meathead."

Dorn won’t help you either. He’s too busy being the Emperor’s groundskeeper, hiding behind the palace walls. The Wolf is too busy cutting off heads as our father’s executioner, while the Lion holds on to his secrets, and has no special fondness for you. Who else will come? Not Ferrus, certainly. Nor Corax either. Even as we speak, I suspect he flees for Deliverance. Sanguinius?’ Curze laughed cruelly. ‘The angel is more cursed than I. The Khan? He does not wish to be found. So who is left? Nope. Most of his brothers were very weary of him. Guilliman flat out distrusted him, he infuriated Russ, and Lorgar thought he was an uneducated savage. Khan, much like Alpharius, kept mostly to himself. He wasn't around his brothers enough to develop much of a relationship (good or bad) with them.

I think the mystery that surrounded him, much like his brother Alpharius, was a big factor in his brothers' distrust of him.

I vaguely recall reading somewhere that Khan was one of the primarchs Lion actually liked, can't recall where though.

Might have to do with both legions having a love for bikes.

Corax did not get on with Horus very much apparently

Corax's Legion garnered such a fearsome reputation that Warmaster Horus requested their aid many times in his campaigns and it is thought that it was thanks to the Raven Guard's assistance that Horus's tally of victories was so high. The Raven Guard's records are curiously reticent concerning this period of history and Imperial Historians suspect that the taciturn Corax did not like the more gregarious Horus, finding him overly boastful and manipulative. It is rumoured that on one occasion the two almost came to blows and bloodshed was only averted when Corax removed his Legion from the Warmaster's command.
