I'll join, I'll be equipped with good old thaumium armour and hopefully sword of the zephyr/thaumcraft power weapons.

So three oracle turrets and a sentry turret have gone missing from my house. The remaining two turrets had been pushed and one of the windows was broken...

Also both the node in the forest near spawn and the second on the obsidian altar thing appear to be gone.

Anybody want to join the thaumagurst triarii, a wizard gang for us guys.

The objective of this gang is to bring thaumagursts together and allow them to exchange discoveries.

I'll build a fortress and get some silverwood trees for us (hopefully xeriapt can donate a few saplings) and a few turtles. Soooo.... Anybody want to join, there's gonna be 4 "lords" each of which own a fifth of the castle and form the high pentagon (inner circle) I'll take up the position of the lord of the zephyr and as you can guess there's gonna be other lords based off the names of the other power weapons. Each of which control a "school" of thaumagy I.e. I'd control the sky, while the lord of the core would control fire.

Any takers, this will also allow others to share magical resources I.e. Shards.

I call dibs on controlling fire.

Aww so no lightning, I guess I call ice.

Hmm was walking around and suddenly by guy more or less exploded. Relogged and turned out I had lagged and died about 200 blocks or so back.

I normally wouldn't mention it, but I've been exploring a bit so was a fair bit out without an exact idea where and it was my new thaumcraft robes I had just finished, the wanderer boots and that cool lightning wand. More or less ~1.5k from spawn somewhere.

Cool, I'll start the fortress and people can start moving in.

I'm thinking a round wall and a central tower with 5 other secondary towers surrounding it each one representing a field of magic. Now what will we make it with?

@The Dark Apostle- I think I have some Vis Shards I'm happy to trade to you. I'd like either gold, diamonds, or iron.

I'll go Earth. I started a Magic-World FtB world in singleplayer, couldnt' see any nodes either. I thought it was kinda odd.

Anyways, might get on later, start out.

Ok cool, I'll set up a donations box for people that want to give to the triarii, if you want things in return that can be arranged but donations are good. Shards are a main supply for stuff in thaumcraft so id like to get a but of those.

Also anvil, keeper of the fort, I had an idea that we re-plant all the trees with silver-woods and have regular shrines of totems of Dawn.

The triarii can also be hired to clean a chunk of flux but it isnt easy and it's hard so it'll cost a lot possibly stacks of shards.

In the fort there will be NO machinery, this is VERY strict, you can't walk in with quantum or nano, no jazzy exo-skeleton and of course all pipes will be replace by golems, I actually like the idea of having hundreds of golems around the area, each with a different task!

I think I'll finally give FtB a try. SchellCo's 3rd territorial expansion!

Good if you don't use your shards the triarii take donations!

Yes, but you have to work along the tree to get there first.

Aspects needed are
Aura, Fractus, Motus, Telum

Yeah Iv recently completed the theory of everything and it took a rediculous amount of items, like hundreds lol.

As for silverwood saplings I dont actually have any, they are rather rare, pretty much chopping down 1 tree might get you 1.

The ones in my front yard are just from exploring (and one from Iustis), go searching and find some silverwoods, harvest them and hope for saplings.

The way I see thaumcraft is it takes a long time to build your powers and research but in the end its worth it.

Sure matapata, now all that's left is also guys to prove that you are skilled at thaumcraft and truly a lord you actually have to discover and make the your badge of office. Here's what each lord has to make

Lord of sky-sword of zephyr-me
Lord of fire-pickaxe of the core-purplefood
Lord of ice/water-axe of the stream-not_u
Lord of earth-shovel of (I don't know the rest look it up in toomanyitems)-4oursword
Lord of growth-hoe of growth-matapata

Just so every one else realises, there's not ONLY lords there just the bosses, you can become an apprentice or if your already skilled a Mage. Also to keep the weapons safe we should enchant them with unbreaking using a book and to make them weapons use books and enchantments.

Also xeriapt thanks for the advice on silver woodsi thought they drop saplings normally. Thanks for offering to fund us, we won't strip you clean of everything you have and when we take something well make a sign of exactly how much was taken and by who, if there's ever no sign it will be considered theft and both parties will join the manhunt.

We could just use the wands since this is a temp server.
