Got the idea from a thread over on BGG about werewolves in Zombicide. The idea was to have a two sided character sheet. One side for the human form and the other for the were wolf.

Here are some of the ideas I came up with

The character would have a new ability Werewolf. You put it at Blue if you want them to be able to shift at will, or Orange/Red if you want them to Hulk up into it.

Werewolf
2 ACTIONS to transform to werewolf
1 ACTION to revert to human form
REGENERATION: When a werewolf shifts to human form, they heal one wound.
The reserve card area in Werewolf form can only be used for wounds cards.
3 wounds kills the werewolf.

Werewolf form gains "Claws & Paws" and "Pounce & Bite" attacks and the player is allowed a free card reorganization and must discard any cards that would be left in reserve.

CLAWS & PAWS - 0 range, 2 Dice, 3+, 1 Damage,
POUNCE & BITE - 0 range, 1 Dice, 4+, 2 Damage capable of opening doors with noise

I'm working on a stat card now, but I doubt I'll have time to finish it before work. Should have it so,e tiime this weekend

After seeing the Bowling Ball my gaming groups asked me for something a little more along the line of the Bowler's ball from Mystery Men

Shouldn't it be more accurate?

Thank you for your feedback.

I started with my Bowling Ball card and added accuracy.

It has range over the Axe, which has similar accuracy, damage, and door opening utility.
It does more damage than the pistol, which has similar accuracy and range.

I'm purposely trying not to create uber cards, so I'd rather it be balanced for the game, over movie/comic accurate.(no pun intended)

I backed this kickstarter and will definteily be making custom cards to use these miniatures for Zombicide

Came acrross http://roebeast.blogspot.com/

He built and painted some of the wargemas factory Zombie Vixens for his Zombie Plague games, but I was thinking they would server equally well on a Zombicide Board, for people to adding a few extra special zombie ladies to the mix.

Just got this game Thursday, played it with friends and we found it way too easy and slaughtered the first game. Then realized we weren't spawning the proper number of zombies. As soon as we corrected ourselves, a player immediately died. It got intense, fast. I soloed it tonight, and barely survived. It's a blast, and I'm glad I picked up a copy. Best description I can give is Space Hulk meets Left 4 Dead.

Reality is a nice place to visit, but I'd hate to live there.

Welcome to the addiction.

My group played tonight, brought in a new player, and by the end of the night he had ordered a copy for himself.

Only got one game in on the weekend. 3 players, 6 characters. I got Wanda and Crazy Ned.

Wanda + Slippery + Chainsaw = awesome!

We also had Amy with 4 combat actions a turn, a Rifle + Scope + Plenty of Ammo. Every turn she’d take out four Zombies. She held the centre of the road within range of two spawn points and took out anything that Doug couldn’t with his twin SMG’s or Wanda with her Chainsaw.

Abom showed up early (still in yellow), but we had a Molotov early on, and it was on the Speedy Wanda, so that was no issue.

Only Josh took a wound, but the rest was a bit of a cake-walk. We were playing the “get someone to red” mission, and it was never a case of “will we survive long enough to get to red?” and more a case of “Who will get there first – Wanda or Amy.”

Quite a few people.

In fact, I'm working on a set myself.

I'd love to see pictures of your finished figures, and this thread would be a great place to show them off.

This is about as far as I got on my survivors before getting distracted by the holidays

Thank you !
In fact, regarding the number of miniatures, it didn't take me that long. I started painting Zombicide 2 months ago. Today, I only have 2 models to finish. That's pretty fast for over 100 models, from my point of view.

adamsouza wrote:I appreciate the sentiment. They do look better than unpainted, but they look like crap next to yours

I think you're too hard with yourself. They look fine.
They are not masterpieces (but neither are mine, anyway ) but they are painted decently, and I bet they look good in game. That's the most important !

I'd love to see more Zombicide miniatures painted and/or converted, whatever the level. Don't be shy !

Good job there Minus, those look great. Nice to see they take a good paint job well, I've been going for quick and simple washes mainly for the zeds, otherwise I'll never get through them.

MonkeyTroll get's extra points for going the extra mile and customizing as you went along. I thought about it, but staring at that many figures made me just give up and decide to paint them untouched.

Semi-related: We were discussing the possibility of sentient zombies, or at least playing weapon weilding zombies, who were formely survivors and I came across a movie trailer for WARM BODIES.

WARM BODIES is a light hearted Zombie love story were the main character is a sentient zombie Romeo with a still breathing Juliette. Other sentient Zombie "good guys" and evil Boney Bad guys, as well as the girl's farther thrown into the mix to keep things interesting.

I have about 3 rows of zombies painted so far, but no way of taking a picture of them currently (at college with no camera).

I might have to steal your Thriller MJ zombie idea monkeytroll, it will fit in well with my other "tribute" zombies. I only have a zombie pimp and a over the top goth girl done so far, with a Gangnam Style guy in the works, all at the request of some of my players. I still have to think of some other things that I can make with modifying the original miniatures, anyone got any ideas for the Fatties (or just ideas on how to make them anything other than construction workers/ painters)?

Minus, those survivors are great!

Thank you. I was really surprised that the sculpt of the modles is so detailed, and really enjoyable to paint.

Custom Mission: Get to the choppa!

Mission: Get to the Choppa! (By Jon Paulson)

The safe house is running on empty and we're holding on by a thread. Food is completely gone and my last sip of water was from a toliet bowl.

This morning we heard a helicopter flying over the city, which might be our ticket out of here. We tried to make contact but the radio is dead. Ned thinks he knows a spot where we can find another.

There's Radio Hut a few blocks away and Phil has some flares. If we can get to higher ground we just might have a chance.

Like it or not we're heading back into the streets.

You will need the following tiles for this scenario: 4B, 2C, 1C, 6B, 5D, 1B, 5E, 5F, 5C

Ojectives:

Pick up each objective token. (supplies)

Pick up the green objective which is the radio.

Get the radio up to the roof and contact the chooper (get the radio to the exit).

Special Rules

Each objective token is worth 5 xp.

Radio: The green marker is treated as a piece of equipment and is carried by a survivor. If it is taken away by Zombies the chopper cannot be called and the mission will be lost. Picking up the Radio is worth 5 xp.

If you want to use a card instead of the green marker for the radio:

Yup, as you said in your edit, there are WIP images of my models in my P&M Blog. Zombicide starts from page 8, just there : http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/210/406869.page#4821206
I've painted Wanda, that is already posted in my Blog and my gallery, and my GF painted Amy (I'll put pictures on my thread soon).

The sculptor made a great job, because these minis are quite simple to paint, washes work pretty well on them. This definitely helps to paint 96 zombies in a few weeks.
The main problem I encountered was the mold lines removal. The plastic used is softer than let's say GW's plastic, and this makes th process much more complicated and boring. >_< (and I had mol lines removal)

You can ask me in my P&M Blog if you have any questions, if I can help I will.

Once again, thanks to anyone that creates new missions, new characters or new cards.

Has anyone found any other models that would represent Nick, El Choto, and Dave well? I missed out on KS and I refuse to pay $85.00 per promo. Something close to them would be nice though.

Also has anyone thought about adding Silencer cards to their equipment decks to allow Pistols, Uzis, and Rifles not create a noise token?

A veteran, whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve is someone who, at one point in his/her life, wrote a blank check made payable to "The United States of America" for an amount of "up to and including my life." That is honor and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it.
