Wit sprawling francises like this different incarnatins of Batman can be different licenses. Ie one company makes stuff based on a cartoon, another based on the movie, another on a video game and another still based on comics.

And that's without going into the issue of Warner vs 20th Century Fox over who owns what with the Adm West Batman.

But I'm sure some company somewhere can be persuaded to make Alan East Fly Rodent Man minis...

I really like this concept and I hope it does well! I won't be buying into this game though since its not including metropolis, star city, etc

The models look great! I can see some conversions in the future.

I wouldn't say impossible as Rocksteady, the guys behind the two Arkham games are seriously considering a Batman game based around the old Adam West show after doing a silver-age themed game.

I could've sworn this was sorted out earlier this year, though the only references I can find are that the issues are between DC & Fox with Warner Bros. (despite owning DC) making it fairly clear that they have nothing to do with the dispute.

I, um...I'm not buying anyone Christmas presents this year-I'm buying these models. Holy. Fething. Gak. I...I think I need to change my pants. A lot of joy just happened. Those models are beyond beautiful, and if they put that much detail into the models, I can only imagine how well the rules will turn out too. I'm sold. Take my wallet-it wants a new home.

What about the girls from Birds of Prey (Huntress, Black Canary, etc; and Wildcat too)? Those would fit the feel/environment of the game I fell, though if they are staying true to the video game I guess they won't show.

Representing the good guys will be the tougher thing. You've got the GCPD special forces, you've got Batman (obviously), then there's Robin (Drake) and Nightwing (Grayson). Barbara Gordon is Oracle in this version of the universe, and I guess Catwoman could be an ally (given her role in the game). What else though?

Cassandra Cain's original costume actually fits the Arkham City universe really well.

Unfortunately outside media only ever uses boring redhead mary sue Batgirl.

Barbara Gordon is only a decent character when she's Oracle(Or police commissioner in Batman Beyond)

Well, as long as it is based on Arkham City I wouldn't expect any other characters. I'd love to see an Arkham-verse version of Green Arrow, but I'll doubt we'll see him before Penguin and Poison Ivy got their turn.

Epic i hope they do an alternative model for Bane didn't like his look in the Arkham games also i really hope they do Clayface do the models come painted ?

And to answer your question: Now, they will come unpainted. Knight Models, as far as I know, have always been about the painting.
