So far for me it has been miniaturemarket and thewarstore. TheWarStore tends to get products up first and take reorders first. MiniatureMarket tends to get there just a bit slower and the prices are the same across between them both. TheWarStore does not appear to be doing free shipping when you purchase over X Amount but MiniatureMarket still does so for me really depends on if I'm doing a smaller order or not.

Can't wait to have the physical book in hand. Do we know when they are shipping them? The 15th as that's when the pre-order ends?

Pre-Orders run until the 15th, yes. I don't know the ship date. I will ask around and see.

Terrain is not really that tricky. There are tons of 28-35mm MDF or plasticard stuff out there. Right now I'm seeing a lot of Sarissa stuff (http://www.sarissa-precision.com) being used. There's a lot of discussion about using 0-scale model train pieces. Knight Models themselves make scatter terrain (and might be doing some big pieces soon). Eagle Moss Batmobiles are a subscription service that offers a variety of Batmobiles in the right scale.

Still no known date for the shipping of the Batman book, but preorders are ending tomorrow (Feb 15).

At least here you only need a dozen or so figures to supply two-three players.

This game just keeps getting better and better.....

Can't wait to see if we get more JLA team mates in there, as well as expanding to other DC forey's.

I sure wouldn't mind seeing The Hitman and Section Eight in there at some point, as well...

I really, really doubt there will be more JLA in-game as a lot of people who play the game really, really dislike the idea of Meta-Superhumans in the game, and KM do listen to their fans over on the FB page.

However we are supposed to be seeing a Superhero game by KM which is meant to have all Superhero's from DC and Marvel in one game

Just got an e-mail from the webstore I ordered the Alfred version from, they have an ETA on receiving the books of 20th - 25th Feb.

I will certainly be considering picking up some of these in the future.

Mrs_daston pre ordered the book from Wayland and they are now saying the 20th for shipping (but who knows with their record)

Books are now reported as at Knight Models warehouses. They should begin sending them out this week, and hope to have them sent out by the end of next week.

What that means to delivery dates, especially in US and non-Europe is still unknown.

The first reported delivery of the new book has been made. Its only Spain (the home country of Knight Models) so far, but I will endeavor to keep you informed as the books make their way to other countries.

A couple of snippets from the book as far:

Riddler Gang has a piece of equipment that cancels out an opponent's piece of equipment ($250)

Corrupt police/officials are confirmed. A new trait call "Corrupt" allows a model to hire up to three police for whatever force the "Corrupt" model is a part of. Highly assumed to be for Organized Crime leaders/sidekicks.

Confirmed new starter gang will be Commissioner Leob and Gotham Detectives.

The corrupt police sound interesting, I wonder if that includes swat team members as well.

Here's Alfred's card. I think this make him the only model in the game that can heal other characters.

He is taking suggestions and as I'm already getting them for the other games I play figured I'd ask about the viability for Batman.

I wouldn't bother to be honest. Tokens are more useful as there isn't much that would go beside the characters in the game. Stuns and Blood damage are all counted on the card itself via tokens, Maybe Poison, knocked down, and burning might work off the top of my head. but again not enough to justify the cube unfortunately.

Having said that I think that product is absolutely genius for other games

First, Wayland Games has been given a Knight Models exclusive preview. This is a new development meant to encourage Wayland's new blog.

Second, we get our first Knight Model from the Gotham TV series. I guess Knight Models has the license from all the DC TV shows?

Third, a dual faction Penguin! Leader status in Penguin crews or Sidekick in Organized Crime.
