I have a squad of possessed Chaos Space Marines that I've never even used in a game (purchased them for deathwatch RPG) and they've all broken apart at least once before I've even been able to get to painting them. It's probably my fault though, I used GW plastic glue on them (I'll never use that garbage again)

Metal zoanthrope, it's broken so many time I've given up fixing it.

Seeing as all but one of my catachans are meal, they don't fall apart often. However, I have an ogryn whose right arm falls off at least three time a year, even after a pin. That is as far as GW stuff goes for me. My niƱo ortega from Malifaux is bad. His gun arm falls off all the time. No place to pin either.

The centre of a massive brood chamber, heaving and pulsating.

My metal Hive Tyrant used to be an absolute bastard to keep in one piece. So after paint stripping him for the second time I made sure all his joints were completely pinned and secure with either superglue or epoxy resin. I have a horrible feeling his tail is going to go one day though.

Now I pin all my metal models in almost every joint.

Krieg! What a hole...

Captain 5601 for me.

Lost the barrel of his (resin) hotshot laspistol, someone made a greenstuff replacement, the antenna of his vox pack also breaks stupidly often.

Hands down its the ammo runt in this picture here I made from a snotling.

His wrist on the arm that is holding the ammo bag has broken easily, a good 4 times. Naturally its too thin to be able to pin it. Lately Ive had some success by gluing the bag to the base and ignoring the wrist as Im running out of wrist to grind down on and re-glue.

The only things I've broken on a regular basis have been walker ankles, two Dreads and three sentinels.

I have a Lord of Change that worries me though, but it will be pinned as best I am able before it sets foot on a table.

My Eldar War walker, I've had it for years and it's barely a walker. and the metal models that require assembly, I end up mixing super glue and tacky glue just to keep them together, I have an Ork with an attack squig and the arm with the squig keeps falling off.

WAAAGH!!!

The Janissaire from the Haqqislam starter box (Infinity), without a doubt. His sword's blade is probably only 1/32" thick and there's a cutaway right above his fist - mind you, this is a metal model.

Dropped him when he was 95% finished (I still cringe when I think back on it) and bent that accursed micro-joint flat against his hand. Needless to say, there was no righting it - it snapped as soon as I thought about bending it back into place. Took quite a few tries to get it reattached with superglue (way too small to pin) and now I'm afraid to take him out of the display cabinet, lest a draft float through and snap it in half again.

My FW ork biker boss, those stupid little tanks that connect to the engine break off so easily
or one of my Necromunda Goliaths with a raised gun that always breaks off at the wrist. Need to pin it, just never got around to finding a smaller drill bit :/

I don't have a lot of problems with this for most my stuff as I pin. I will say all of my DKoK are horrible. They are so small and has lots of small bits. I am pretty sure some have broken when I looked at them. I cannot count how many times a Bayonet has broken off one of their guns.

My Menoth army by far.

Harbinger of Menoth

Both of her arms have super small connection points and that giant flag is stupidly heavy for the amount of connection points. Not to mention the chains holding her down have no extra support and are more or less just set into place.

And my Wracks

I have to reglue those hanging weights every single time I even look at them. No real connection point to speak of, you just have to hope the micro ammount of glue you can get onto the tips holds.

See pics of my Orks, Tau, Emperor's Children, Necrons, Space Wolves, and Dark Eldar here:

Imperial guard: Because quantity has a quality of it's own.

Sisters of Battle can be used in any game, with the exception of chess, Monopoly and of course, Warhammer 40,000.

After 8 editions, you might have thought that GW could get fantasy right.

The most fragile models I have are both in my Protectorate of Menoth army. Both the wracks (that lose those censors every other time they are out) and the original metal versions of the Knights Exemplar and Knight Seneschal. I have had to perform so many re-attachments on those it is silly.

Metal Oblitorator gun morphs. Way to spikey and thin connections.

Anything Necron is pretty flimsy. I am just putting Lychgaurd togther and they have broken a few times.

Running Krieg Infantry probably - all Krieg are easy to break, but ones that are only connected to bases with a single foot take the cake.

I believe each Advancing Krieg Infantry kit has 4 "one foot contact" models. That's what I have. Ironically, I am putting the last one together as we speak

I pin everything so not much brakes. The one thing that brakes all the time is the stupid encyclopedias you are supposed to stick on the back of GK paladins:

Regarding halberds and other weapons I have magnetized everything so when they go to storage they have no weapons on .

Got milk?

All I can say about painting is that VMC tastes much better than VMA... especially black...

For me it has got to be the metal Masque figure.

I've never actually painted it because I honestly can't get it to stay together long enough, it broke three times just basecoating it, and the arms are too thin to pin
